i mean who wouldn't want a ghostly white console or an atomic purple one? 
and that they're coming with matching cables and power adapters is just icing on the cake 
. i'm not surprised it's selling out fast though, analogue always knows how to create hype around these consoles.

It's almost as if Analogue is saying, "Hey, we know you've got some nostalgic feelings, so let's give you something that'll bring those back in spades." For $300, it might seem like an investment, but when you consider the value of holding onto a piece of gaming history... yeah, I think it's worth it 
but like i no u can never have too much cash, $299.99 is still a lil steep for me, idk if its worth it tho maybe the matching controllers w/ 8bitdo w/ll make it more worthwile 
... I mean, can't we just get one in peace for once? On a more positive note, it's awesome that Analogue is putting some love into the matching cables and controllers – that's the kind of extra attention to detail that makes these limited editions worth the hype. And 16GB SD cards preinstalled? Genius move! I'm definitely tempted to jump on this bandwagon now... but only if I can snag one without having to break out my credit card at 3 AM

i mean, who wouldn't want a retro n64 console that's basically a piece of art ? and with those color-matched controllers , it's like they're giving us a full on 90s time capsule . can't wait to get my hands on one and play some classic n64 games all day
