According to Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman, K-9 officer Rambo "Tom Ramsey" picked up the scent of the suspects and led authorities to a nearby wooded area where they were hiding. Both suspects were subsequently apprehended, with one identified as a juvenile.

Ugh, another teen caught out driving like a maniac... 14 years old, can't even get a clue about how to drive on the right side of the road 🙄.
