I'm so freaked out by this recent breach of 149 million usernames and passwords


. I mean, can you even imagine having all that sensitive info just lying around online? It's like a hacker's dream come true!

And to make matters worse, the database was public and searchable, making it super easy for malicious actors to get their hands on it.
I'm no security expert, but it seems pretty clear that this is another case of infostealing malware doing its thing

. These types of attacks are becoming way too common online, and it's just a matter of time before we see more breaches like this one. I hope the hosting provider gets their act together and takes steps to secure their database ASAP
