Car hits building’s garage in SW Miami-Dade; no injuries reported - WSVN 7News | Miami News, Weather, Sports | Fort Lauderdale

Car Crash in Southwest Miami-Dade Leaves No Injuries, but Questions Remain.

A dramatic scene unfolded in Southwest Miami-Dade on Thursday morning when a car crashed into a building's garage off Southwest 48th Street and 72nd Avenue. The incident occurred just before 11 am, prompting the swift response of Miami-Dade Fire Rescue units.

As rescue workers rushed to the scene, aerial footage captured by 7Skyforce showed the vehicle involved in the crash being carefully extricated from the wreckage. Thankfully, no injuries were reported, and an elderly man was safely transported into an ambulance for further examination.

Despite the quick resolution, authorities have yet to determine the cause of the accident. As one can imagine, this raises many questions about what led up to the tragic event, sparking concerns about road safety in the area.

🚨💥 just saw that crazy car crash in Southwest Miami-Dade and I'm still shaking! Like, what if someone had been inside the building at the time? The footage from 7Skyforce was insane, though - those rescue workers were super quick to get there and get the car out. No injuries is a total blessing, but it's weird that no one knows what happened beforehand... did the driver lose control or something? Road safety in Miami can be pretty sketchy, so I hope they do some investigation and figure out what went down 💡🚨

.. think about it, a car crash that could've ended so badly, but instead, nobody got hurt 🙏. it's like we're living in a bubble, right? our lives are intertwined with these machines and infrastructure, and sometimes they just don't cooperate. i mean, what were the circumstances leading up to this accident? was it a momentary lapse of attention, or something more complex? it's not just about road safety, is it? it's about human error, and how we interact with our surroundings.

and then there's the fact that we're not even sure what caused the accident 🤔. are we too quick to judge, assuming it was someone else's fault when really, it might be us, our own flaws and biases that led to this situation. it makes me wonder about the fragility of life, and how easily things can go wrong... but at least nobody got hurt 😌.

man that's crazy how close someone could've gotten with a building and not even get hurt lol! 🤯 I'm glad nobody was seriously injured tho, but yeah it's super weird that no one knows why it happened. like what if that car lost control or something? so many questions to answer here 🤔 still hope the guy who got taken away for checkup is gonna be alright 💕

so they finally got the footage from that 7Skyforce thingy... I mean, it's crazy how close they were able to get without getting hit themselves. anywayz, no injuries is defo a blessin, but you gotta wonder what happened before that crash. like, was there brake failure or somethin'? it's all good the elderly dude made it out safe, but still, this road safety thingy needs some attention ASAP. and omg, aerial footage is soooo cool! 🚨🔥

just had to share my thoughts on this car crash 🚨👍. i mean, like, it's super lucky that no one got hurt, right? but at the same time, it's still really weird that the car just ended up in a building's garage... how did it even happen?! 🤔 should've been some kind of warning sign or something.

anyway, back to the important stuff - what was going through this guy's head when he drove into a building? was he distracted? was the road conditions bad? so many questions! 🤷‍♀️ it just goes to show that even with all the safety measures in place, accidents can still happen. maybe they should consider installing some kind of smart traffic system or something 📈🚗. just saying...

omg i was so relieved that no one got hurt in that car crash!!! 🙏 i'm still shaking thinking about how close things could've gone wrong lol anyway, i feel bad for the poor guy whose car crashed into the garage tho 🤕 and i totally get why authorities are trying to figure out what happened - we gotta make sure our roads are safe, right? 😊 i mean, who wants to take any risks when it comes to driving? 🚗💨

omg, 1 minute before it happened and next thing u know car just crashed into building 🤯🚨 like what was that driver even thinkin?? anyway i guess its good no one got hurt but still, accidents like this make me super nervous about driving 😬 anyone know the cause yet? hopefully they can figure out whats goin on with road safety in miami 👀

🚨 think people should chill out a bit when it comes to these car crashes... like yeah, accidents happen and we gotta figure out what went down, but let's not jump to conclusions here... 🤔 a building's garage is not exactly designed for a car crash, so I'm pretty sure it was just bad luck or something 😳. and an elderly man getting hurt? yeah, that's super concerning, but like the fact he didn't get seriously injured is even more impressive 💪... don't get me wrong, we should def make sure roads are safe, but let's not freak out just yet 🙅‍♂️. also, what about the car's occupants? were they shaken up or anything? that's the part I'm curious about 🤔

OMG, I'm so relieved no one was hurt 🙏... but seriously, how do you even avoid a car crash into a building's garage? That's just crazy talk! 😱 It makes me wonder if the roads need some more cameras or improved lighting to prevent these kinds of accidents from happening. And what about the speed limit on that street - is it enforceable? 🚗💨 My kiddo would be freaking out right now if they were driving through that area... I just hope they get to the bottom of this and figure out why it happened 💪

🤔 it's crazy how some accidents can be super dramatic but end without a single scratch... i mean, no injuries? that's actually kinda reassuring, right? 🙌 but at the same time, you gotta wonder what led up to this whole thing - was it just a slip-up or is there something more going on? 🚗 road safety is like, super important and all, so hopefully they can get to the bottom of it. 🤞 i'm just glad no one got hurt 😌

dunno how these things happen... seems like a total fluke that no one got hurt 🤔. but what's really puzzling is that authorities are still tryin' to figure out the cause of it all. like, shouldn't we have better safety measures in place by now? and yeah, it's great that the old dude made it out alive, but this whole thing just leaves you wonderin' what coulda been done differently 💡.

omg u guys cant even believe it wasnt worse like a car crash leaving ppl hurt or even dead would be way more shockin than no one gettin hurt but still gotta ask whats goin on here, how did that car just end up in the garage? was it parkin and didnt notice the door or somethin? the fact that they had to literally extract the car from the building is wild. and now theres all these questions about road safety in that area, like whats been goin on with the roads lately? have they been neglectin maintenance or somethin? its just so frustrating when bad things happen but at least no one got hurt so im grateful for that

🚨 just great, another near-miss that's got everyone wondering how fast things move 🤯 in emergency situations... meanwhile, road safety is still a work in progress 😕

🤔 like how crazy it's great that no one was hurt in the crash tho, but still kinda weird that nobody knows for sure what happened 🚨 guess we'll just have to wait and see if the authorities figure out the cause of the accident 💡 maybe they should look into the road maintenance or something?

🚨 This whole thing is super weird... I mean, on the surface it's a good thing no one was hurt, but at the same time you've got all these unanswered questions. Like, what really happened here? Was it just a crazy accident or was something more to it? It's also pretty lucky that the vehicle was extricated from the wreckage without causing any further damage... I hope they get to the bottom of it soon 🤔. I mean, who wants to be driving around and not know what's going on with their car right? Road safety is always a big deal and this just brings up more questions about that... 👀

I remember when accidents were super rare and everyone was so careful on the roads 🙏🌎... I mean, it's crazy how quickly technology is advancing but also how accidents can happen anywhere! This Southwest Miami-Dade car crash is a good reminder to always be on our toes while driving. 7Skyforce has some amazing aerial footage, I've never seen anything like that before 🤩.

I'm glad no one was seriously hurt in the accident, it could've been much worse 😬. But the questions surrounding this incident are still lingering... what really went down? Was it a mistake or something more sinister? The authorities should definitely get to the bottom of this to ensure road safety for everyone 🚨💪.

It's always worrying when there are unanswered questions like this, but thankfully no lives were lost. Let's all take a deep breath and hope that this is an isolated incident 🙏😌.

omg i cant even believe my brain just cant stop thinking about this car crash 🤯 its like every time something dramatic happens in miami-dade we gotta wonder what couldve caused it and whether there were any red flags that were ignored...i mean i hope the guy wasnt hurt too badly tho, thats the most important thing 💔 anyway its super frustrating when authorities cant figure out whats going on, especially with all the new developments in road safety...like have they been keeping an eye on speed limits or is that still a major problem in our area? 🚗💨

🚨 thinkin out loud here... so we're all shaken when somethin happens like this but in a weird way it's actually kinda good that no one got hurt 🙏. means we should probably be more worried about how close we came to tragedy than what happened 😬. and yeah, road safety is def on our minds now. gotta ask ourselves if we're doin enough to stay safe out there... are we payin attention? checkin our surroundings? makin adjustments when needed? it's a reminder that accidents can happen in an instant, but it's how we respond to 'em that matters 💪.
