Center City Restaurant Week brings $45 prix fixe dinners this month

City Centre Restaurants Offer Budget-Friendly Bites This Month

The new year is off to a delicious start in Philadelphia's City Centre as Restaurant Week kicks off. Running from January 18th through the 31st, dozens of restaurants will be serving up discounted meals at the iconic $45 prix fixe dinner price point.

Throughout the two-week event, participating eateries will offer three-course menus with an option to upgrade to a more premium version for just $60 per person. Those looking for a midday meal can also snag a two-course lunch menu for a steal at $20.

Some of Philadelphia's most popular restaurants are joining in on the fun, including Amada, Barbuzzo, and Buddakan. Other notable spots include Double Knot, El Vez, and Oyster House.

Diners will need to book their tables in advance, as reservations are highly recommended. To find a restaurant that suits your taste and budget, head over to ccdrestaurantweek.com for the full list of participating eateries, menus, and more details.

For two weeks only, City Centre restaurants are serving up affordable eats and making it easy for foodies to try new places without breaking the bank. Whether you're in the mood for something classic or adventurous, there's sure to be a restaurant on the menu that will satisfy your cravings at an unbeatable price.

πŸ΄πŸ’Έ i think its so cool that philly is doing restaurant week again this month! $20 lunch menus are like the best thing since sliced bread 🀩 and $45 dinner menus are super reasonable for a 3-course meal. im actually kinda surprised more restaurants aren't participating, but hey its a great opportunity to try out new places on a budget. i love that they're including some of phillys most popular spots like amada and buddakan too! πŸ‘

🀩 I'm loving this Restaurant Week concept, it's genius! The fact that Philly's top eateries are offering affordable bites is just what the city needs right now. With so many talented chefs and innovative dishes to choose from, this event is a must-attend for any food enthusiast. 🍴 The prix fixe menus offer great value, and I'm intrigued by the option to upgrade to a premium version - it's a nice touch. πŸ‘Œ

OMG, can u believe they're still doin' Restaurant Week 🀯?! I mean, $45 dinner? That's like, super cheap compared to what they charge normally! πŸ€‘ And now they got a lunch option for $20? That's a steal! πŸ‘€ Amada and Buddakan are always so fancy, but at this price point, I might actually consider tryin' them out πŸ˜‚. Anyone gonna join me for Restaurant Week? πŸ€”

Ugh I'm so down for this 🀩!! $20 for lunch is insane how can u not try new places when they're that cheap? And the fact that some super popular spots are participating like Buddakan and Barbuzzo, makes me wanna plan a whole foodie adventure for myself! πŸ΄πŸ‘€ How many ppl actually go during Restaurant Week tho? Is it more of a tourist thing or do locals get in on it too? Also, have u ever noticed how much more fun eating out is when the prices are reasonable? πŸ˜‚

Ugh I dont wanna go to Restaurant Week 🀒 I mean who needs a $45 prix fixe dinner deal? Its just gonna make foodies overpay for mediocre meals and ruin the whole dining experience. And whats with the two-course lunch menu for $20? Thats basically fast food quality food at a fancy price tag. Amada and Barbuzzo can keep their discounted menus, I'll stick to trying new restaurants outside of the City Centre.

And the prices are insane - $20 for a two-course lunch menu? That's like a steal! πŸ’Έ Plus, some of my fave spots like Buddakan and El Vez are participating, so I'm low-key hyped 😍. Of course, you have to book ahead of time or you'll be stuck with nothing, but it's worth the extra planning effort if you ask me. Have you tried any of these restaurants before? πŸ€”

Restraint week is like a hug for my wallet πŸ’•πŸ‘Œ. Who needs fancy restaurants when you can get good food for $20? πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ [GIF of a person doing a happy dance]

OMG, I'm so stoked about Restaurant Week 🀩! I've been waiting for this all year and now it's finally here πŸ˜†. Philadelphia's City Centre is going to be my happy place from Jan 18th - 31st 🍰. Amada, Barbuzzo, Buddakan... these are like my fave spots in the whole city πŸ€—! And now they're offering discounts? Mind blown πŸ’₯! I'm totally booking those tables ASAP πŸ“…. Only $20 for lunch or $45 for dinner and you get three courses?! That's literally a steal πŸ’Έ! Can't wait to try out all these new places and indulge in some amazing food 🀀. Who needs fancy restaurants when you can have affordable eats at City Centre? πŸ™„ Love this initiative, so cool πŸ’•

πŸ€” I'm so stoked about Restaurant Week in Philly this month! It's always crazy how much of a vibe the city gets when everyone is talking about the deals... like, who doesn't love a good $20 lunch? But what really gets me excited is that it's not just about the price point – it's about trying new places and experiencing the local food scene without committing to an expensive bill. And with so many popular spots participating, I'm already drooling over all the options... Amada's got some killer small plates, Buddakan's sushi is on point, and El Vez has my heart with their tacos 🌯️

omg i totally forgot about this thread πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ but i just read it and restaurants week is back in philly! $20 lunch menus? yes pls πŸ’Έ i'm def checking out el vez, i've been meaning to try it out. anyone know if they have a brunch menu during restaurant week? also, has anyone tried the prix fixe dinner at buddakan? heard mixed reviews πŸ€”

I'm not sold on this Restaurant Week thing πŸ€”. $45 prix fixe? That's still pretty pricey if you ask me. I mean, what's the real cost of all those overpriced ingredients and fancy presentation jobs? Not to mention the environmental impact of serving so many people in a short span of time... And don't even get me started on the "upgrade" option for $60. Just more money for an extra course or two πŸ€‘. I'd rather support local restaurants that offer affordable options year-round, not just during some flashy promotional event.

🀩 I'm so down for this! $20 for lunch? That's like, insane! I've been trying to find affordable food options in Philly but it's hard when everyone wants that $$$. This Restaurant Week is gonna be a game-changer. I've heard great things about Barbuzzo and Double Knot, and now they're both offering super cheap deals? I'm definitely making a reservation for those two. And $60 for dinner at Buddakan? That's like, half price! The city centre restaurants are really stepping up their game this month... can't wait to see what everyone has to offer 🀀

πŸ΄πŸ‘Œ I'm so down for this! The idea of having affordable fine dining options in the city centre is genius πŸ€“. It's going to be great for people who want to try new restaurants but can't splurge on every meal. Plus, it's a win-win for the restaurants - they get more exposure and customers during a busy time of year. And let's not forget about the foodies who are always on the lookout for the next big thing πŸ€”. I'm definitely making sure to check out that website and book some tables in advance πŸ’Ό.
