I don’t usually comment but... I think what’s crazy is how everyone is already expecting change 
. Charlotte Edwards said her job isn't a "quick fix" but like, come on, it's the World Cup! You're gonna get booed and hated just for showing up if you don't deliver 
. And yeah, dropping Kate Cross was a no-brainer, she hadn’t been performing all series

But seriously though, I love how Edwards is already thinking about next year's T20 World Cup
. It shows she’s not giving up and wants to learn from this experience. And Alex Hartley makes a good point about South Africa being the better team 
. It’s all about learning from your mistakes and moving forward, right?

I'm so disappointed with how England's Women's Cricket Team performed this year! 
I mean, a group-stage exit at the 2024 T20 World Cup? And a drubbing in the Ashes... that's just heartbreaking
