Cocktail of the week: Bar Lina's tiny fragolino – recipe | The good mixer

Bar Lina's Miniature Fragolino Cocktail is a Tiny Masterpiece

In collaboration with drinks writer Tyler Zielinski, the team at Bar Lina has reimagined an Italian classic in miniature form. The result is a tiny, suitably red fragolino cocktail that perfectly captures the festive spirit. This diminutive drink features 15ml of Karminia red vermouth, combined with 7½ml of Bepi Tosolini's Fragola strawberry liqueur.

To create this petite potion, simply measure out the vermouth and liqueur, add a dash of ice to the shaker, and stir gently to combine. Strain the mixture into a small highball glass, then pour in some cherry kombucha to taste - either You + I's black cherry kombucha or any other variety will do.

The perfect pre-dinner drink for the holiday season, Bar Lina's miniature fragolino is a testament to the team's creativity and commitment to crafting unique and delicious cocktails.

🤔 you know what's really interesting about this miniature fragolino cocktail? it makes me think about how we tend to scale down our expectations when something is presented in a smaller format. like, if someone shows up at your doorstep with a tiny gift, you might assume it's not that special or valuable because of its size. but what if that was just the presentation? and what if the actual quality and care that went into creating that miniature masterpiece was still the same as the regular version?

anyway, i'm loving this idea of taking something classic and making it miniaturized to fit a specific occasion. it's like a reminder that even in our most everyday moments, we can find ways to elevate and make things more special just by focusing on the details. 👌

I'm obsessed with tiny drinks like this! It's so cool how they took a classic Italian cocktail and shrunk it down to a cute little mini version 🤩. And cherry kombucha as a mixer? Genius move! I've been trying to find the perfect drink for my holiday parties and this sounds like a winner 💡. 15ml of Karminia red vermouth is just the right amount - not too overpowering, but still giving that lovely flavor. Can't wait to try it out myself! 👍

I'm loving this idea from Bar Lina 🍹🎄! Who wouldn't want a tiny masterpiece in their hand? I think what really gets me is how simple it is to make - just measure, stir, strain, and voilà! It's like they're saying 'even the most complex cocktails can be enjoyed in small doses'. Plus, using cherry kombucha adds this amazing depth of flavor that complements the vermouth and liqueur perfectly. I'm definitely going to give this a try at my next holiday gathering 🎉.

You know what got me thinking about this tiny masterpiece? It's how we can take something so complex like life and break it down into its simplest forms. Like, imagine being able to capture an entire experience in just 15ml of liquid... that's really profound 💡. I mean, think about all the flavors and emotions that go into creating a cocktail like this - Karminia red vermouth, Bepi Tosolini's Fragola strawberry liqueur... it's like a party in your mouth! 🎉 But then you also have to consider the impermanence of something so delicate. I mean, what happens when the drink is gone? Does that mean the experience was less valuable just because it was short-lived? It makes me wonder if we can find a way to bottle up the essence of our experiences and savor them whenever we want... 🍹💥

🤔 I'm intrigued by this tiny masterpiece from Bar Lina! The idea of recreating an Italian classic in miniature form is genius 🎨. Who wouldn't want a festive drink that's easy to sip on while catching up with friends or enjoying some solo time? 😊 What I love about this cocktail is how it showcases the team's creativity and attention to detail - 15ml of Karminia red vermouth, anyone? 💦 And using cherry kombucha adds a fun twist. It's like they're saying, "Let's not limit ourselves to just one flavor!" 🌈 The fact that you can use any black cherry kombucha variety is also a nice touch 👍

OMG 🤩 just tried this mini fragolino at bar lina and it's literally the cutest thing i've ever seen! 15ml of karminia vermouth and 7½ml of bepi liqueur is a genius combo - not too sweet, not too strong. and adding some cherry kombucha to give it that extra fizz is pure magic ✨🍹 what's even better is that it's perfect for when you're feeling like sipping something fancy but don't wanna commit to an entire cocktail 🤓

AND USING CHERRY KOMBUCHA AS AN ADDITION GIVES IT THIS AMAZING TARTNESS THAT BALANCES OUT THE SWEETNESS OF THE FRAGOLA LIQUEUR!!! I GOTTA TRY THIS OUT AT BAR LINA ASAP!!!

Ugh, can't they just make it easier to order drinks online? I mean, 15ml of Karminia red vermouth sounds like a lot for one tiny cocktail... 🤯 Can we get the recipe in grams or something? And what's with the "add a dash of ice" thing? How much is a dash, exactly? Is it like, 5g or something? 😂 It just feels like they're trying to make us DIY experts. And can't we just have a simple "make one tiny fragolino cocktail" button on their website? 🙄

I'm not sure about this mini cocktail hype 🤔... I mean, it sounds adorable, but how much of a difference does 15ml make? It's still just vermouth and liqueur in a tiny glass 😊. Can you even taste the difference? And what's up with the cherry kombucha on top? Is that really necessary or is it just a gimmick to get people excited about trying something new? I'd love to see how this cocktail holds up when scaled up - maybe then we can talk about its merits 🍸
