. i mean, you'd think that a local town like southampton would have some say in how their own community is run, but apparently not when it comes to cannabis regulations 
. the fact that they were trying to charge brown budda $40k for a sidewalk they didn't even need is just ridiculous 
. and now the state is stepping in and saying their rules are invalid? it's like, what's next, are they gonna take over the whole town governance? 
. all i know is that brown budda got to keep on keeping on, and i gotta feel bad for them having to deal with all this drama
