. He thinks he can just waltz into a room, hand out trophies, and then blame everyone else for the problems? 
That's just not how it works. And come on, trying to downplay the ticket prices by saying he had similar issues with tickets back in the day? 
That's just awkward. European fans are already feeling left behind, and now he's just rubbing it in their faces. 
His leadership is definitely a work in progress, but I'm not holding my breath for any real change anytime soon
