Harvey Elliott: What has happened to Liverpool man at Aston Villa

Liverpool's Harvey Elliott has found himself in a precarious situation at Aston Villa. The 22-year-old attacking midfielder was heavily touted as part of Liverpool's future when he joined the club on loan in August, but just five months later, his prospects have diminished dramatically.

Elliott's form for Villa has been underwhelming, and his lack of impact has raised concerns about whether the move will ultimately benefit him. His only appearances for the club have come as a substitute, and it appears that Villa are no longer willing to invest in him.

The situation is further complicated by Elliott's inability to displace Morgan Rogers and Emi Buendia, who have both emerged as key players under Unai Emery. The attacking duo has provided Emery with options, making it increasingly difficult for Elliott to force his way into the team.

With a World Cup year approaching, Elliott's future is now hanging in the balance. It seems likely that he will be forced to consider a return to Anfield, where he would essentially be recalled from loan without the option of buying him outright. However, this would mean that Liverpool would be selling on a player who has only played 96 minutes in the Premier League.

The prospect of Elliott being sent out on loan again or looking elsewhere for a fresh start seems increasingly likely. His ambition and desire to take his career to the next level are well-documented, but it appears that Villa have moved on from him without hesitation.

It's unclear what the future holds for Elliott, but one thing is certain: he must take drastic action if he wants to salvage his season and make a strong case for himself at the World Cup.

omg this is crazy ๐Ÿคฏ! I feel so bad for harvey elliot tho, i mean he's got potential but it seems like villa isn't giving him a chance anymore ๐Ÿค”. he's been relegated to subs and now they're not even willing to invest in him ๐Ÿ˜•. i get that morgan rogers and emi buendia are doing well but come on elliot deserves better ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ. the thing is, if he doesn't do something drastic soon, his season will be ruined ๐Ÿšจ. i'm rooting for him tho, he's got this! ๐Ÿคž

You know I'm gonna sound like a total hypocrite here ๐Ÿคฃ... on one hand, you gotta feel bad for this kid's career, being stuck on the bench and whatnot. But on the other hand, it's hard not to think that Villa made the right call, 'cause they're trying to make room for their own young blood, right? It's all about progress and competition in football... kinda like how politicians say one thing but do another ๐Ÿค‘

i think villa made the right call in not investing more in elliot. 96 minutes isn't much to work with and we all know loan spells arent always a recipe for success ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ’”. maybe he needs a change of scenery, a new challenge, or even a stint in the championship to rekindle his spark? his ambition is cool but sometimes you gotta take a step back and regroup before moving forward ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ‘Š

omg i just saw this news about harvey elliott at aston villa ๐Ÿคฏ like whats going on? he was supposed to be part of liverpool's future but now hes stuck on loan ๐Ÿค” and ppl arent even sure if villa will invest in him anymore ๐Ÿ˜ณ how does that happen? i feel bad for the dude tho, i want him to make it big ๐Ÿ™ maybe hes just having a rough patch? i mean we dont know what he needs or what hes going thru ๐Ÿ’ฌ but idk man...

OMG u guys!!! ๐Ÿคฏ so i was watching lfc games last wknd & harvey elliot was literally invisible on pitch ๐Ÿ˜‚ i dont get it, ppl loved him @ liverpool but now hes all over villa & still cant make an impact ?? like what happened to that prodigy? ๐Ÿค” anyways, world cup is coming up n ull be back at anfield in no time lol ๐Ÿ˜œ

I feel bad for Harvey Elliott, he was so hyped up coming into this loan and now it seems like Villa just don't see him as part of their future plans ๐Ÿค•. He's only played 96 minutes in the Premier League, that's not much time to make an impact. And yeah, it's tough to see him stuck on the bench behind Emi Buendia and Morgan Rogers. It'd be a shame if he gets sent out on loan again, I think he needs a fresh start but also needs to take charge of his career ๐Ÿ’ช.

man i feel bad for harvey elliot ๐Ÿ˜” he was so hyped up when he joined villa and now it seems like they've written him off already ๐Ÿšซ i think he needs to have a chat with unai emery or whoever's in charge about why he's not getting enough playing time ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ maybe there's an issue that's not being addressed? ๐Ÿค” either way, it looks like he'll need to take matters into his own hands and find a new team where he can show what he's capable of ๐Ÿ’ช

I'm not sure why Liverpool brought in Elliot in the first place ๐Ÿค”. He was touted as some sort of future star, but now it seems like they're just trying to offload him because Villa aren't willing to keep investing in him ๐Ÿ’ธ. 96 minutes in the Premier League is basically nothing for a player with his potential... maybe he needs a change of scenery or a bit more guidance from a coach? ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

yeah i know how that goes ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ when you join a big club on loan and then suddenly you're not good enough. seems like villa just got bored with him already โฐ meanwhile elliot's future is literally hanging by a thread ๐Ÿ’€ what a world cup year can't come soon enough to make this guy's life interesting ๐ŸŽฏ

idk why villa sold out on harvey elliot so fast ๐Ÿค”... i mean, 96 minutes in the premier league? that's not exactly a stellar record ๐Ÿ˜… but maybe villa just didn't see him fitting into their system? and now he's got to go back to liverpool like nothing ever happened ๐Ÿ™„ which is pretty harsh considering how much hype was around him when he joined in august... anyway, hope elliot doesn't get down on himself too much and just focuses on making a big impact at the world cup ๐Ÿ’ช

OMG, I mean... poor Harvey ๐Ÿ˜’. He was so hyped up when he joined Villa, like, everyone thought he was gonna be the next big thing ๐Ÿคฏ. Now, it's just crickets ๐Ÿ’”. Can't say I'm surprised tho, Villa's got a new manager and he's trying to shake things up ๐Ÿ”„. Morgan Rogers and Emi Buendia are killing it right now ๐Ÿ’ฅ, so what's Elliott supposed to do? I feel bad for the kid though, 96 minutes of playtime in the Premier League? Like, not even enough to get a breather โ˜น๏ธ. Hopefully he can regroup, recharge, and come back stronger ๐Ÿ’ช.

I think Aston Villa has made a grave mistake in writing off Harvey Elliott so soon ๐Ÿค”. The kid's potential was massive when he joined Liverpool, and it's disheartening to see him struggling to make an impact at Villa. I mean, 96 minutes in the Premier League is hardly enough to give up on someone ๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™‚๏ธ. It's like Villa are throwing away a diamond that could've brought them some serious returns in the future ๐Ÿ’Ž.

The situation's complicated by Unai Emery's tactics and team dynamics, but that doesn't excuse Elliott from being given more playing time or opportunities to prove himself. If he wants to take his career to the next level, he needs to be proactive and force his way into Villa's starting XI ๐Ÿ“ˆ. A return to Liverpool would be a disaster for his career, as it'd mean he's essentially giving up on his ambitions without getting anything in return ๐Ÿ˜ฌ. I think Elliott needs to reevaluate his strategy and take drastic action if he wants to salvage his season and make a strong case for himself at the World Cup ๐Ÿ’ช.

๐Ÿค” This is so weird, I mean I get it Villa didn't think Elliott was gonna be that key player, but 5 months in and already giving up on him? ๐Ÿ™„ He's still only played 96 mins in the Prem which is pretty low for a loan deal. I feel bad for him because he was all hype when he joined Liverpool, now he's just collecting dust at Villa. ๐Ÿ˜” Does he need to start playing somewhere else to get back into form? Maybe he should try another league or country? ๐ŸŒŽ At least that way he can still make an impact and maybe even catch the eye of some big teams... ๐Ÿคž

omg this is so weird i feel bad for harvey elliot tho ๐Ÿค• he was so hyped when he joined liverpool and now it's like villa is just trying to get rid of him lol but seriously 96 minutes in the premier league is crazy that's not even enough to make a difference i think what needs to happen is elliot has to take matters into his own hands maybe look for a new team or go on loan again somewhere who knows maybe he'll find a team where he can actually play a decent role ๐Ÿ‘
