omg u guys i just read this article about nyc real estate market & im literally shook cash makes up like 60% of all sales here!!! its crazy how unequal it makes the market feel especially for regular ppl trying to buy homes 
i mean what can be done?? not sure if ur familiar with nyc but even my aunt who works at a bank can barely get in on a deal without using cash lol & thats like, super wealthy

this is just what I thought was gonna happen - with all these rich people investing in real estate as a 'safe' bet, prices are gonna keep skyrocketing and it's getting super hard for regular folks to get a foot in the door. like what's up with the NYC market? 
i need some actual data and sources to back up this "all-cash buyers" thing... is it really just wealthy individuals or corporate investors or is there more to it?
