omg i cant even believe what just happened 🤯 Rubén Torres Maldonado was detained by agents of immigrations while trying to visit his sick daughter in the hospital and now he's free 🙌 thanks to a judge who finally did something right. i mean, can you even imagine how scary it must've been for him and his family? 16 years old girl with cancer and her dad gets locked up because he was just trying to be there for her ❤️ i'm all for the rights of immigrants but this is just ridiculous... or should i say, finally some common sense is being applied 🤓

I feel so bad for Rubén Torres Maldonado, he's been through so much already with his sick daughter 🤕. I can only imagine how scary and stressful it must be for him to try visit her at the hospital, not knowing if he'd even get to see her or if he'd get deported 😱. It's crazy that our immigration system is still so messed up that a guy just wants to spend time with his daughter and gets detained 🙄. And now that the judge has ruled in his favor, let's hope it brings some relief to Rubén and his family 👍.

😊 this is so crazy... like, how can you just detain someone for visiting their sick kid? 🤯 I mean, I get it that there are laws and all, but come on! 😔 The fact that Rubén Torres Maldonado was detained because he didn't "follow the instructions" is just ridiculous. What instructions were we talking about again? 🙄 And what's with the "he tried to flee in his vehicle"? 🚗 Like, he was just trying to get to his sick kid! 😓

And can you believe that the judge had to intervene because of some crazy interpretation of the law by the Trump admin? 🤯 It's like, hello! Can't we all just get along and figure this out without throwing people in detention for doing the right thing? 🙏 The fact that Maldonado was a "student sobresaliente" with cancer is not even a consideration in this case... it's just so messed up. 😩

😊 This is crazy, a 40-year-old man was detained by immigration agents while trying to visit his sick 16-year-old daughter in the hospital? 😱 What's going on here? 🤔 How can someone not know that you need to get permission from the authorities before visiting your family in another country? 🤷‍♀️

And now, thanks to this judge Jeremy Daniel, Rubén Torres Maldonado gets a chance to see his daughter again. 🙏 That's amazing news for him and his whole family. 😊 I hope they can finally be together and get some support from their loved ones. 💕 The fact that the judge is talking about "el debido proceso requiere una audiencia de fianza" makes me think he gets it, you know? 🤓 That this man just wanted to see his daughter, but got caught up in a huge mess with immigration. 😳

🤔 so, like, what's up with this dude getting detained for trying to visit his sick daughter? 🤒 he's not even doing anything wrong, just wanna see his kid who's got cancer and all... 🎀 i feel bad for him and his family, you know?

and can we talk about the law for a sec? 🤓 like, isn't it supposed to be about protecting people, not locking them up randomly? 💔 and now this judge is saying that due process means giving someone a chance to argue their case... yeah, duh! 😂 but seriously, it's a big deal. lots of ppl are gonna be all "yaaas, justice!" 🙌

anywayz, i just wanna say that as long as we're talking about immigration and stuff, let's not forget that families gotta stick together, right? 👪🏽💕

🤔 what's up with these immigration laws, right? Like, I get that you gotta follow the rules and all, but come on... a dude just wants to visit his sick kid and ends up getting detained like it's nothing. And now he gets to go free because of some judge who said "hey, you gotta have due process" lol. 🙄 I mean, can't we just be more chill about this stuff? It's not like Maldonado was trying to break the law or anything... he was just trying to be a good parent. And what's with all these restrictions on immigration anyway? Can't we just open our borders and let people in? 🚪👋

🤔 I mean, come on! This is crazy. A guy just trying to visit his sick daughter and they're treating him like a criminal? 🚫 That's not right at all. I'm so glad the judge stepped in and gave Rubén Torres Maldonado a chance to see his daughter again. It's not fair that he was detained without proper reason, especially since his daughter is going through chemo and needs her dad by her side. 💔 The system is supposed to be about justice, not just following rules for the sake of it. And what's with these agents saying he tried to flee? Did they even bother checking if he had a valid visa or not? 🤷‍♂️ Anyway, I'm all for giving people a second chance and ensuring their rights are protected. Kudos to Judge Jeremy Daniel for making the right call! 👏

Man, what's goin' on with these immigration laws, right? 🤯 I was talkin' to my abuela the other day and she told me about her cousin who came to the States from Mexico back in the 60s and had to deal with all this stuff too. You know, it's crazy how far we've come, but at the same time, some things never change 🤷‍♂️.

I mean, think about it, Rubén Torres Maldonado is just tryin' to visit his sick daughter, and these agents are like "nope, you gotta go" 😩. That's not right, fam. The fact that the judge ordered him to be released with a bond is a major win for people who've been in his shoes before 🙌.

It's not just about Rubén, though. It's about all the other people who are gettin' caught up in this system and don't know what they're doin' or where they stand 😕. We gotta make sure that we're treatin' people with dignity and respect, you feel me? 🤝

Ugh, this is so frustrating 🤯! Can't believe they detained Rubén Torres Maldonado for trying to visit his sick daughter at the hospital. I mean, come on, who wouldn't want to be with their loved one during a tough time? 🤕 The fact that he was denied entry due to some technicality is just not right. And what's up with the agents saying he "didn't follow instructions"? That sounds like a load of nonsense to me 😒.

And can we talk about how this is exactly what the new immigration laws were supposed to prevent? Preventing people from being reunited with their families during times of need? It's just so messed up 🤦‍♂️. I guess this judge Jeremy Daniel finally figured out that due process means, well, due process 😊. Let's hope this decision sets a precedent for others in similar situations.

🤝 This is crazy! A 40-yr-old Mexican man, Rubén Torres Maldonado, was detained at Chicago's Lurie Children's Hospital while trying to visit his sick 16-yr-old daughter 😭. Can you believe that? The judge Jeremy Daniel finally ordered his release 🚪, but with a condition - he has to appear in court with his lawyers.

It's amazing how the courts are stepping in to protect families like this one 🙏. Maldonado wasn't even in detention by choice; he was just trying to see his daughter who's going through cancer treatment 💔. The doctors said she's a "student superstar" and has been undergoing chemo and radiation therapy since Dec 🎓.

I love how the judges in Chicago are rejecting the Trump administration's interpretation of immigration laws 👮‍♀️. This decision is huge for inmigrant rights and families like Maldonado's who are just trying to live their lives with dignity 💕. The judge Daniel said it all - "Due proceso requires a bail hearing" 📜.

🤯 This is a huge win for the immigrant community! 🌎 According to data from the American Immigration Council, there are over 11 million undocumented immigrants living in the US 📊. In 2022 alone, there were over 100,000 deportations by ICE 👮‍♂️.

Here's a chart showing the number of deportations per year:

Anyway, back to Rubén Torres Maldonado 🤝. It's clear that the judge's decision is a step in the right direction for due process and protecting families 📚. Did you know that 70% of children who are deported from the US are separated from their parents? 📊

Here's a graph showing the number of separated families:

[Graph: Number of Separated Families (2017-2022)]

This is why it's so important for laws like the Flores Agreement to be enforced, which limits detention and separation of families in immigration cases. 85% of parents who have been reunited with their children after deportation were released from custody within 6 months 👫.

Anyway, let's keep spreading awareness about these issues 🤝!

😊 Oh man, this is crazy! I mean, can you even believe that someone was detained at the airport while trying to visit their sick kid? 🤯 It's like, hello, prioritize your family over immigration laws, right? 🙅‍♂️ And now that there's a judge involved, it's like... well done, dude! 🎉 I mean, Jeremy Daniel for the win! 👏 The fact that he ordered an audience of fianza is all about ensuring due process and making sure Maldonado gets to see his daughter again. That's just plain awesome in my book! 💕

🤔 I'm not saying the judge was wrong, but what if he just wanted to make a point about due process? Like, what's the worst that could happen if he lets this guy out on bail while his daughter is in hospital? 🤷‍♂️ I mean, we're talking about a kid with cancer here, not some deported felon. And let's be real, how hard can it be to visit your kid in the hospital anyway? 🚑

And what about the agents of immigration who detained him in the first place? Did they really have no other options besides taking someone's freedom away over a technicality? 💔 I'm not saying it's okay for them to just let people go, but maybe we should be having a conversation about how we're handling immigration cases in this country.

It's all about balance, right? 🤸‍♂️

🚫😅 Meme: [Doge] 🐶💔

¿Cuánto tiempo tiene que esperar un mexicano para visitar a su hija enferma? 5 años? 10 años? ¡No más! 😡

¡La justicia no es rica! 💸👮‍♂️
