Former England goalkeeper Mary Earps has spoken out about her experiences and decisions in a forthcoming autobiography, which has been met with backlash from fans and Chelsea boss Sonia Bompastor. In the book, Earps reveals that she made comments about former team-mate Hannah Hampton, manager Sarina Wiegman, and included a discussion of losing her spot as England number one prior to Euro 2025.

I mean, who doesn't love a good behind-the-scenes story from their fave celeb? As a huge football fan, I'm intrigued by the drama and controversy surrounding her book. I feel bad that some fans are being super harsh on her for speaking out about her experiences... like, girl power! 
And can we talk about how vulnerable she's being about her childhood trauma and body image issues? It takes a lot of courage to share those kinds of things with the world. Earps is actually kind of a hero in my book!

Bompastor is lookin all judgy tho, like she didnt see it comin. I feel 4 Earps tho, shes talkin about her struggles w/ bullying & anxiety, & how thats affected her career. Its relatable 2 me 2, I've dealt w/ anxiety myself & its no joke 
She's also talkin bout her body image issues as an athlete, which is so important 4 all the young girls out there. Hopefully she gets to start a fam soon 
but yeah, it'll be interesing 2 see how everything unfolds
