Family of Minneapolis shooting victim demands truth behind fatal encounter with federal agents.
The parents of Alex Pretti, a 35-year-old ICU nurse who was fatally shot by federal agents in Minneapolis on Saturday, have called for transparency in the investigation into their son's death.

"Alex was a kindhearted soul who cared deeply for his family and friends and also the American veterans whom he cared for as an ICU nurse at the Minneapolis VA hospital," they said in their statement. "Unfortunately, he will not be with us to see his impact."

video footage is clear as day, this was an unjustified killing. it's not about gun rights or personal freedoms, it's about accountability and transparency. the pretti family deserves answers and justice for their son. it's heartbreaking to think alex won't get to see his impact on the community, especially with all the good work he did at the va hospital 
! I mean, can you believe the government would just cover up something like this? The Pretti family is totally right to demand answers

federal agents are supposed to be protecting people not taking lives like that and also wth the gun rights advocates who are trying to shift blame on alex for being shot it's just not right 
. And now his parents are out here demanding truth and transparency, and people are like "oh yeah well maybe you shoulda had a gun"? Are you kidding me? This is about the agents being reckless and violent, not Alex's responsibility as a person carrying a gun.
It's totally unacceptable and I hope they get to the bottom of this investigation
