Monday's high school basketball scores

Area High School Basketball Teams Come Out on Top in Monday's Action-Packed Matchups.

The hardwood was ablaze with high school hoops action yesterday, as teams from across the region put their skills to the test. In the Metro Prep league, Universal took down Hinsdale Adventist 84-37, while Bulls Prep secured a convincing win over Rauner, 61-48.

Over in the Northeastern conference, South Beloit dominated Westlake Christian with a 76-60 victory. Grayslake Central also made headlines by edging Prairie Ridge 50-46 in a non-conference matchup.

On the other side of town, Latin took down Golder 74-38, while Mather dispatched Intrinsic-Belmont with a dominant 79-25 performance. Meanwhile, Palatine outmuscled Elk Grove 73-31 and Plano cruised to a 61-50 win over IMSA.

In a real showdown for the ages, Rochelle faced off against Dixon in what turned into a 96-75 battle of wills. Vernon Hills also put on a show, taking down Rochelle Zell by a score of 33-61 but actually winning 61-33. Warren showed why they're a force to be reckoned with as they took down Grayslake North, 77-47.

In the North Shore conference, Wells proved that they're the team to beat by dispatching Juarez 96-23, while Whiting, Ind. edged Washington, 55-50.

just saw this news about high school basketball and I gotta say, those teams are BALLIN πŸ€πŸ’₯. the way Rochelle took on Dixon in that intense matchup? wow, 96-75 is a lot of points. I'm not surprised Warren came out strong against Grayslake North tho, they're always solid. and platooning being underplayed for now but I think it's gonna take some teams by surprise

I'm loving these high school hoops highlights! It's so cool to see all the talented young players and teams out there competing against each other 🀩. Rochelle vs Dixon was a real nail-biter, I could feel the tension building on that one 😬. Warren is definitely looking strong this season - their 77-47 win over Grayslake North is no joke! And I'm curious to see how Wells will do in the playoffs with that dominant 96-23 win over Juarez πŸ’ͺ. These teams are giving me so much excitement to watch!

I gotta say, it's pretty impressive how well these high school basketball teams are doing! Universal taking down Hinsdale Adventist 84-37? That's a big win for them 🀯. And I'm loving the fact that Grayslake Central edged Prairie Ridge 50-46 - those points must've been super tight to come out on top πŸ’ͺ.

But, gotta ask, what's up with the scores in some of these games? 96-23 against Juarez by Wells? That's like, a huge difference πŸ€”. I mean, I know they're just trying to get to the top, but it's gonna take more than that to do so πŸ’Ό.

And I'm loving Palatine outmuscled Elk Grove 73-31 - that's some solid team work right there πŸ‘. But Rochelle vs Dixon was insane with a final score of 96-75 🀯! Can't wait to see what these teams do next season! πŸ˜„

Ugh I cant even log in anymore due to all these annoying ads 🀯. Anyway, where was i? so these high school basketball teams are all winning and stuff, big whoop. What really bothers me is how the article just dumps a ton of stats on us without any real analysis or insight. It's like the writer just took some notes from a sports feed and pasted them into the article πŸ“. Where's the depth? The nuance? It feels like we're just being fed the same old highlight reel over and over again. Can't they give us something more than just "X beats Y, 12-3"? Come on guys, get creative πŸ˜’.

OMG u guys! 🀯 I'm so down for those high school hoops matchups! I mean, Rochelle vs Dixon was EPIC 😲 96-75 is CRAZY! Vernon Hills pulled off a major upset too, beating Zell by 28 points 🀯 what's up with that? πŸ’₯ and Warren just dominated Grayslake North, no surprise there πŸ™Œ. And Wells is straight fire, took down Juarez 96-23 πŸ‘ that's some serious ball! πŸ”₯

Man I was watching some of these high school basketball games over the weekend and it's crazy how intense those matches are 🀯. One thing that stood out to me is how a lot of teams are dominating their opponents by big margins - like, Universal beat Hinsdale Adventist 84-37 which is just insane πŸ˜‚. But on a more serious note, I think it's awesome to see these young athletes putting in all the hard work and dedication to become better players. And kudos to Rochelle for going toe-to-toe with Dixon - that was an epic matchup! πŸ€

omg what a day for hoops!!! 🀩 love how teams from different leagues are stepping up their game, especially those in non-conference matchups - it's all about the win! πŸ˜… Rochelle vs Dixon was insane, and I'm surprised Vernon Hills came out on top after being down by 28 points, that's some serious comeback magic ✨. also can't forget Wells crushing Juarez 96-23, that's just dominance πŸ’ͺ.

just saw that Rochelle went up against Dixon and it was a real nail-biter 🀯 96-75 is insane! I'm loving the competitiveness in high school hoops right now, teams are really stepping up their game πŸ€πŸ’ͺ

I'm telling ya, these high school hoops teams are on fire! I mean, Universal taking down Hinsdale Adventist like it's nothing? That's some next-level ball 🀯. And Rochelle vs Dixon, wow that was a battle royale! I love how Vernon Hills came from behind to take the win, it just goes to show you can't count out anyone in this league 😎.

And let's give it up for Wells, they're the real MVPs right now πŸ™Œ. Taking down Juarez 96-23 is no easy feat, that team must've been on their toes at all times! But hey, that's what makes high school hoops so exciting - anyone can step up and make a big play.

I'm also loving the competitiveness in this league, teams are really bringing it every time they step onto the court. It's gonna be an amazing season πŸ˜†.

Man, I'm loving the old-school vibes of high school hoops right now πŸ˜‚πŸ€ remember when my friends and I would stay up all night watching college games on our parents' VHS tapes? those were the days! anyway, it's awesome to see so many teams crushing it this season. but, for real though, 96 points in a single game is straight up ridiculous 🀯 anyone else think that Rochelle vs Dixon matchup was like something out of a video game?

Ugh, can't believe these high school teams are dominating on the court... and I'm pretty sure most of them won't even be able to pay their tuition fees at community college let alone scholarships to top-tier universities 🀣. But hey, someone's gotta keep up with those fancy-pants AAU teams, right? On a more serious note tho, it's actually kinda cool to see the region's schools putting in some good work - maybe they'll surprise us all and make it to state? Stranger things have happened... πŸ˜‰

I'm telling you, these high school basketball teams are on fire this season! 🀯 The level of competition is insane and it's amazing to see all these young athletes pushing themselves to be the best. I think what really stands out is how well-coached some of these teams are - take Universal for example, they were able to shut down Hinsdale Adventist's offense and come out with a convincing win.

And then you've got these massive upsets like Vernon Hills taking down Rochelle Zell 61-33. I mean, that was a huge game! It shows that no one is safe in this league. But what really caught my eye was the performance of Warren - they're definitely one team to watch out for this season.

I also love how well these teams are playing together as a unit. You can see the chemistry and communication on the court, it's just really impressive. And let's be real, some of these matchups were absolute barnburners! The Rochelle vs Dixon game was insane... 96-75? That's just ridiculous!

OMG, can you even believe how intense those basketball matches were? 🀯 I mean, some of those scores are insane! Like, Universal went from one end to the other with that 84-37 win over Hinsdale Adventist... talk about a dominating performance πŸ˜…. And Grayslake Central's edge over Prairie Ridge was so close at 50-46 - what a game! πŸ’ͺ

And you know what's even more impressive? The way some of these teams worked together as a team, supporting each other and communicating on the court. It's all about unity and trust, right? 🀝 That Rochelle vs Dixon match was crazy, though... 96-75?! 😲 I can see why Vernon Hills had to bring their A-game to take down Zell by just two points after being down by so much earlier! πŸ’ͺ

What do you guys think about the playoffs now? Are there any teams that stand out to you as favorites? πŸ€”

I'm not sure how I feel about all these teams winning like crazy 😊. On one hand, it's awesome to see the kids out there hustling and having a blast on the court. But on the other hand, some of those scores seem kinda ridiculous - like 96-23? That's a huge margin right there 🀯. I'm also curious to know what kind of strategy goes into playing teams so far ahead of schedule ⏰. Are they just trying to get in as many games under their belts before the season gets too intense?

OMG u guys!! 😍πŸ’₯ I'm literally so hyped for these high school hoops teams!!! Universal vs Hinsdale Adventist was CRAZY!!! 🀯 and South Beloit's win over Westlake Christian? Yessss! πŸ™Œ Grayslake Central's game against Prairie Ridge was SO close tho... 50-46?!?! πŸ”₯ what a matchup! πŸ˜†

OMG u guys!!! I'm literally SHAKING with excitement after yesterday's basketball matches!! πŸ€―πŸ€ The level of competition was insane! I mean, Rochelle vs Dixon was like the ultimate showdown - I was on the edge of my seat the whole time πŸ˜…, and Vernon Hills' comeback win over Zell was LIKE, WHOA!!! πŸ’₯

And can we talk about Warren for a second?! 🀩 They absolutely DOMINATED Grayslake North 77-47 - that's some next level basketball right there! And Wells just annihilated Juarez 96-23... I mean, what can you even say to that? πŸ˜‚πŸ’ͺ

I'm so glad the Metro Prep league is giving us all these awesome matchups - it's like a never-ending highlight reel of hoop magic πŸŽ₯πŸ€. Can't wait to see what today's games bring!

omg u gotta think about this... what's going on with all these "convincing wins" and "dominant performances"? it's like they're scripting some kinda high school basketball soap opera πŸ€―πŸ€ i mean, Rochelle vs Dixon was supposed to be some epic clash but 96-75? that's not a win, that's a loss πŸ˜‚. and then Vernon Hills beats Rochelle Zell by 33 points only to come from behind in the final minutes? what's up with that πŸ€”? warren taking down grayslake north looks legit though πŸ‘Š
