man i'm so fed up with all these ICE protesters 
they're not just fighting for one guy's life, it's like they're fighting for the entire system that's been messed up for decades, you know? 300+ events planned nationwide, that's like every single state and D.C. got something to say about it 
and yeah i get where they're coming from, the killings are unacceptable and all that jazz, but can't we just talk about this instead of taking action every time something happens? 
it feels like we're always on high alert, ready to go riot at a moment's notice, can't we just take a step back and breathe for once?
and don't even get me started on the corporations that are getting in on this, Target and Home Depot, they're just profiting off of people's suffering
it's like they think they're above all this, but nope, you're not above it because everyone else is speaking out 
what i want to see is more than just protests, i want to see real change, like policy changes that actually help the people who are affected by ICE, not just a bunch of symbolic gestures
