I don't get why everyone's making a fuss about Matt Fitzpatrick winning his third title already . I mean, it's not like he did something entirely new or impressive. It's just golf, right? He finally won after having some rough patches at the start of the year, but that's not exactly news for golf fans . And another thing, Rory McIlroy finishing second in both the championship and overall standings is pretty standard stuff in their sport . It's nice to see Fitzpatrick finally break through and all, but I don't think it's a major upset or anything .
what a game! Fitzpatrick totally deserved that win, I mean, 66 is insane!!! he was struggling earlier this year but bailed out when it mattered most . gotta give it up for Rory too, second place isn't bad at all! McIlroy's playing partner just had to eagle both putts and still couldn't take the lead... what a miss! Fitzpatrick's been on fire lately and now he's got his eyes on that Race to Dubai title - can't wait to see how he does next year
