man thats crazy chip kelley was like making bank as oc lol 11 games is super early to fire someone but i guess you gotta try new things with the raiders they need some serious boost on offense cuz its been pretty meh all season, averaging just 17 points per game? that aint gonna cut it in the nfl. i feel for kelley he was getting paid like 5 mil a year lol he musta been under pressure from the front office to perform ASAP. anyways, its time for them to bring in some fresh blood and hopefully they can turn things around before playoffs arrive. gotta be tough on kelley though, just trying to do his job but results weren't exactly there

he was overpaid and underperforming.
i still think they shouldve stuck with josh mcdermott or whoever their OC was before kelly took over. now its like they're starting from scratch again and i dont see them making any major changes to the coaching staff until next off season at least.
