Supporters could be allowed to buy alcohol at a Scotland football match as part of an experiment aimed at lifting the long-standing ban on drinking in stadiums. The trial is set to take place during one of Scotland's friendly matches later this year, with plans currently being put in place for either March or June.

! I think it's about time Scotland lifts that booze ban from stadiums lol. Just imagine sipping on a pint while watching the national team play - goalzzz!! The fans will be stoked and the vibe in the stadium will get even more electric 
. Of course, they gotta keep the seats booze-free for safety reasons but allowing drinks in concourse is a perfect compromise. Did you see that trial they did earlier this season? It was a huge success

i remember goin to a game last season and havin a ton of fun but had to leave early cuz i was too drunk 
so idk if this is a good idea or not but i think it's def worth tryin out especially if its just in the concourse area like that 
might b easier 2 control who brings in the booze and all that jazz

i think its a cool idea and might even bring in some extra cash for the breweries 
. but i hope they dont go too crazy with it, like, we dont need more drunk fans stumbling around the concourse

i remember watching scottish league games last season and the concourse area was always packed w/ people grabbing drinks before the game it would be lit if they allowed fans 2 bring their own to their seats lol can u imagine the energy?
