Sydney awaits 'soggiest weekend of summer' as Victorian authorities defend flash flood warnings

I dont think warnings were issued late, imo it was just a bad timing for some places cuz weather conditions changed fast 🤷‍♂️. I mean, its hard to predict that much, and they did warn ppl beforehand, but things happen fast in nature... cant blame em really 💦. Those caravan parks shoulda had better backup plans tho, 600 people outta a place is crazy 😳. And yeah, climate change is real, lets all just agree on that 🌎. Australia's been hit hard by extreme weather, and its prob gonna get worse if we dont do somethin about it 🤯.

idk how they can defend that timing tho 🤯 the pics of people stuck in their cars or flooded homes are all over socials... it's not like they're saying 'oh yeah, we warned you' when it's too late 😩 what if someone lost a pet or family member? just sayin'.

I'm so confused... like, if it's gonna be a "very wet weekend", why didn't they warn people sooner? 🤔 I mean, i was just looking at the weather forecast yesterday and it looked pretty normal... 🌞 But now it says there's gonna be huge floods and stuff! What's the point of even having warnings if you can't tell us when they're coming?! 😩 And btw, 180mm of rain in Colac? that's like, a LOT! 🤯 Does anyone know what that's like in terms of water volume or something? I wanna see some pics of all the flooded places... 📸🌊
