Ugh, coding support like this ? Can't they just make the code readable instead of expecting us to dig through a million lines and hope we get lucky?

I was trying to fix a video not playing issue on my website and had no idea where to start. I sent them the HTML file, but all they did was ask for more context. Like, what kind of more context are they looking for? The entire project history? It's just a simple code snippet!

I'm starting to think that coding support forums and Q&A sites have become just a waste of time. We're all just expected to figure it out on our own and hope we don't break anything in the process . Anyone else feeling this way?

omg u gotta love how some people just share random code snippets online lol like whats the point of even posting it ? anyway, if ur trying 2 figure out what its doin, maybe try lookin into the file extensions? is it mp4 or avi or somethin like that? that might give u a clue wot it does. also, check out the video tags and metadata - thats where u might find some hints about wot kind of video its playin
