I'm not really sure what the point of all these scripts is... like, can't we just have a simple webpage without all the extra clutter? The "Live" label thing seems kinda annoying, it's always popping up on some article or other... can't they just hide it by default or something? And don't even get me started on the image preview, it's always taking forever to load... just show me the image already!
I gotta say, the way they're pushing that Live label on the news articles is kinda annoying lol . Like, can't we just stick with a regular headline without all the extra fuss? It feels like they're trying too hard to make it seem like the article is breaking news or something. And don't even get me started on the live image preview - isn't that just a fancy way of saying "we haven't edited the photo yet"? Anyway, I guess if you want to stay up-to-date with what's going on in the world, this kinda thing is probably necessary.

It's just a bunch of empty elements and scripts that don't seem to do anything. If you're looking for actual news, I'd suggest checking out a reputable news source like BBC or CNN . At least they put some effort into providing useful content
idk what's the point of these websites anyway is it just to show us what's going on in the world or can we actually get useful info from them? i mean, the headlines and images look pretty but sometimes they're all about the same thing: politics or celebrity gossip can't we get more in-depth analysis or something? and what's with all these ads?! are websites just a way to make money now?
I'm not buying the whole "live image preview" thing . I mean, come on, it's just a basic image upload with some fancy JavaScript tricks. And don't even get me started on those script tags - they're probably just some lazy developer trying to make their code look all fancy and whatnot.
And have you noticed how the "Next" and "Back" buttons are just hardcoded? Like, where's the CSS for that navigation bar? It's not like it's going to be a mobile-friendly layout or anything. And those headlines are all over the place - I'd swear they're just randomly generated with some fancy algorithm.
And get this - the site is still using Flash! Yeah, because nothing says "modern web development" like an outdated plug-in that can crash your browser at any moment.
