Israel's military has confirmed that it is investigating the killing of two Palestinian men who were reportedly seen surrendering with their hands raised during a raid in the West Bank city of Jenin. Footage obtained by Al Jazeera appears to show Israeli soldiers shooting the men, whose identities have yet to be disclosed.

Eyewitnesses claim that the two men were on their knees and had raised their hands in the air when they were shot dead. The incident has sparked widespread outrage among Palestinian communities and human rights groups who are condemning the killing as an example of extrajudicial execution.

Israeli officials maintain that they have launched a probe into the incident but so far, no further details have been released about the circumstances surrounding the shooting. 😔 Man, it's just so sad to see another incident like this going down. I mean, these guys were literally holding up their hands like "I'm not armed, I surrender" 🙏... and then get shot dead by the Israelis. It's just heartbreaking. The fact that they're investigating themselves is pretty much an open-and-shut case - I mean, you don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure out what happened here.

And let me tell you, it's not like this is some isolated incident either... these kinds of things have been happening for years, and no one ever seems to get any real accountability. 🤕 this is just so sad.. i dont know how many times we've heard about israeli soldiers shooting ppl with their hands up 🙏... its like, what even is the point of surrendering? and then they just kill them anyway... it's like, a huge red flag for human rights groups everywhere... and to think that protests are happening in jenin and other parts of the west bank already... i feel so bad for the families of those two men who were killed. justice should definitely be served here 🤝
 
this is getting outta hand 🤯, another innocent life lost on both sides of the conflict... it's like we're stuck in this never-ending cycle of violence & grief 🌧️. i mean, can't we find a way to talk it out & resolve our differences peacefully? 🤝 but at the same time, how can we trust that justice will be served when there are too many questions unanswered & no real accountability in place? 🤔 the protests are justified, but let's not forget that violence only escalates more violence... maybe we need to find a way to channel our emotions into something positive, like peaceful protests or community initiatives? 🌈 it's gonna take some serious effort from all sides to break this cycle & create real change 💪.
