I'm so worried about those civilians who got shot 
. It's just crazy that it escalated from a simple dispute between two men into a full-blown shootout 
. I mean, can't we all just talk things out and resolve our differences peacefully? 
And what's with the police officer wearing body armor to protect himself? shouldn't he be protecting the public instead of putting on his own gear first?
. It's like, his job is to keep us safe, not to prioritize his own safety above all else.
This whole incident has got me thinking... how do we prevent these kinds of situations from happening in our neighborhoods? Are there any measures that can be put in place to de-escalate conflicts and promote peace?
