. I mean, I get that all sides want to reach an agreement, but does anyone really think Russia is just gonna sit down and talk without wanting something in return? 
It's like we're trying to piece together a puzzle with missing pieces. And what's with the US having a peace plan from Trump? That guy was always good for a controversy

Yeah right. It's all so complicated now, but I guess that's what makes these diplomatic meetings so important. Fingers crossed they actually do something about the war, instead of just making empty promises

Those EU reps need to make sure the Ukrainian side is heard loud & clear - can't just brush off their concerns like that! 
On the other hand, if Russia's gonna be all smiles about this new plan, it'll be a major red flag... fingers crossed they keep pushing for more. 
. It's all too easy to say "oh, it's too lenient" or "it doesn't address Ukraine's security concerns", but have we even considered how Russia would react if we just gave them everything they want? 
I'm not saying Trump's plan is perfect, but let's not dismiss it without a good think. We should be focusing on finding common ground, not tearing each other apart

. But what if they can't agree on anything? What then? Ukraine's people have been living through this nightmare for years and it's not fair that they don't get to decide their own future. The Europeans are right, they need more protection from Russia and some real teeth in any peace plan
