I don’t usually comment but... it's really sad to hear that 590 people are facing an uncertain future just because of some changes in Amazon's business plan 
. Milton Keynes has been through a lot with this facility opening up back in '98, and I thought it was doing okay for the local community. Now, everyone's worried about morale and how this will affect local shops and services... I mean, what if they can't find new jobs in Northampton? 
And another thing, £500m investment is a lot, but that's not necessarily going to make up for all the disruption it'll cause. The sortation centre staying open doesn't help much either, like, just leaving half of the facility empty
