"I can't believe this is happening and I am beyond devastated to be sending this message," Grande wrote. "My team and Universal have tried every single thing possible to fix this... Even in attempting a private option, there is a permit necessary in order to fly from here that takes time to attain."

they were all hyped to see her at the premiere and now she's gonna have to wait till Paris 
she's been promoting this movie for ages and this just isn't fair 
on top of that, it's a major production and I'm sure everyone was counting on her being there
