u can't just dump freeview cuz some ppl dont wanna use broadband what about all them old folks who need help with tech its not like u can just switch off and expect everythin to be alright theyre worried bout gettin their emergency news during crises... thats a legit concern dont 4get there r still heaps of ppl in rural areas wit no reliable broadband
I totally get why people are scared about Freeview being shut down ... I mean, what if we can't access important stuff like news & emergency broadcasts? That would be super concerning! My grandma Lynette is one of those people who uses Freeview and she's not tech-savvy at all . She just wants to watch her fave shows without having to learn how to use the internet... I think we should find a way to make streaming services more accessible, especially for older folks ... maybe some kind of combo service that offers both traditional broadcast & online options? That'd be a good compromise .
