Bad Bunny makes Grammys history with first Spanish-language win for album of the year

🎉 so i'm lovin' this Bad Bunny win tho 🤩 he's a total game changer for Latinx representation on the Grammys! did u know that 1 in 5 americans have some spanish ancestry? 💁‍♀️ and now his album is gettin 100m+ streams on spotify 🚀 also, fun fact: did u know that Kendrick Lamar & SZA's collab "Luther" just broke a record for most streamed collab in 24h? 📈 it was 55M streams! 🎵

omg what a night for bad bunny 🤩🎉 i'm so hyped he finally won album of the year it's about time his spanish-language album "debí tirar más fotos" was fire from the start anyway love that he paid tribute to his puerto rican heritage and gave shoutout to those who believed in him 🙏😊 this win marks a major milestone for latinx representation at the grammys, can't wait to see more artists like him breaking barriers 🌟🎵

man I'm literally speechless 🤯 after watching that Grammy Awards, it's such a big deal for Bad Bunny to win Album of the Year for a Spanish-language album, I mean we've been waiting for this moment for ages 💥 and his acceptance speech was so emotional, he really paid tribute to his roots and Puerto Rican heritage 🇵🇷 love how he expressed gratitude to the Academy and everyone who believed in him throughout his career ❤️. and can we talk about the diversity at that show? it's amazing to see so many talented artists from different backgrounds coming together on one stage 🌎, I'm loving the new generation of indie rock artists like The Marías and K-pop acts like BTS too 🤩

I'm totally stoked that Bad Bunny won Album of the Year 🤩, I mean, he's a huge talent and it's about time we saw more Spanish-language artists getting recognition on the Grammys. But at the same time, I don't know, maybe it was too predictable? I mean, everyone knew he was gonna win, and it didn't exactly feel like a surprise 🤔. And can we talk about how great it is that Latinx representation is growing, but some of us are still low-key annoyed that there aren't more opportunities for artists from other languages to shine through 🙅‍♂️.

And omg, the tribute segment for D'Angelo and Roberta Flack was so powerful, I loved every minute of it 💖. But on the other hand, why did they have to go and play all that music, it made my headache worse 🤯. And seriously, who do we think BTS is gonna collaborate with next? Maybe a K-pop artist from another country? That would be cool, but also kinda confusing 🤔.

And I'm so down for the Dalai Lama winning his first Grammy, but like, shouldn't that have been a bigger deal? 🤷‍♂️. And what's up with all these surprises and tributes, can't we just stick to the music already?
