the bears are so stuck in a rut they need to shake things up and try out some new faces on offense. ben johnson is just relying too much on his past success with press taylor and its not going to cut it next season. declan doyle might have left but i still think he made a way cooler move by joining the ravens 
I'm so down for this move by Ben Johnson! Keeping Press Taylor on board is a no-brainer, especially with how well they've clicked last season 
Caleb Williams' development was a huge part of that success, and it'll be sick to see him thrive under Taylor's guidance. 
The continuity thing also makes sense - Taylor was already an integral part of the staff, so why mess with a good thing?
