I think its crazy how our online lives can kinda mess with our heads
. I mean Miranda's story is super relatable - we've all been there where we're trying to find answers and validation from online quizzes or forums, but sometimes it just makes things worse. I feel like society puts so much pressure on people to be 'in control' of their emotions and whatnot, but honestly life is too unpredictable to try to micromanage every little thing
.
We need to find that balance between being aware of our own needs and not letting them define who we are as people. It's like, Miranda was trying to be an HSP and love herself for it, but then she got stuck in this anxiety loop because she was too self-aware
. We gotta learn to acknowledge our feelings without getting caught up in the 'what ifs' and 'maybes'.
