Booze-guzzling bozos hurl beer cans at cops during high-speed California car chase: police

Three young men led police on a wild high-speed chase in San Bernardino on Sunday before ditching their car and attempting to flee on foot. The brazen escapade began at 2:13 a.m., when deputies spotted the 2010 Infiniti G37 speeding down a residential street, its driver pushing the vehicle to over 100 miles per hour.

As police closed in, the driver, 21-year-old Yucaipa resident Christian Ivan Rios, executed a series of sharp turns and narrowly avoided collisions before pulling into a driveway. However, instead of surrendering, he abandoned the vehicle and attempted to flee on foot alongside his two passengers, Adrian Adono and Jerry Barrientos.

The three men were eventually caught without incident by deputies, who arrested them for public intoxication and resisting a peace officer. Rios faces charges including felony evading, exhibition of speed, reckless driving, and driving under the influence. The Infiniti has been impounded for 30 days due to California law requiring it be taken off the road after a reckless driving charge.

Police praised their quick thinking in bringing the chase to an end without putting themselves or others at risk.

πŸ€” This whole thing is just crazy... like, what were these guys thinking?! πŸ˜‚ I mean, you're cruising down a residential street at 100mph? That's just begging for trouble. And then they abandon the car and try to run from the cops? Like, didn't they know that was just gonna get 'em caught even faster?! πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ But you've got to give those deputies credit - they handled it super professionally and kept everyone safe.

It's just a shame that Rios is facing some serious charges now. I mean, I'm not saying he deserves any less than what he's getting... but 30 days for the car? That seems like a bit of an overreaction to me πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ. Anyway, glad no one got hurt in the end! πŸ‘

man... I cant believe how crazy this high-speed chase was 🀯 its like something out of a movie, but in real life. i mean, 100 miles per hour on a residential street? that's just insane 😲. and the fact that they abandoned the car and tried to run away is just plain stupid πŸ™„.

i was thinking about my old friend from college who used to drive that fast all the time... he would always say its fun to push the limits, but i never thought it would end like this πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ. anyway, i'm glad no one got hurt, and i hope these guys get some serious consequences for their reckless behavior πŸ˜’.

its just a reminder of how fast cars can go nowadays... I remember when my dad used to drive his old Honda Civic, that thing was slow by today's standards πŸš—πŸ˜‚. but seriously, folks, be careful out there, especially at night πŸŒƒ.

πŸ€” I mean, can you imagine the sheer audacity of those three young men? Ditching their car and attempting to flee on foot during a high-speed chase is just reckless. The fact that they thought they could outrun the law and avoid getting caught is mind-boggling. It's almost as if they were trying to prove some sort of point or test their own limits. Whatever the reason, it's clear that they miscalculated and put themselves in harm's way. I'm just glad that no one was seriously hurt during the chase, despite how reckless it was.

It's also interesting to note how quickly the police responded and took control of the situation without anyone getting hurt. It's a testament to their training and professionalism, really. The fact that they were able to apprehend the suspects without any major incidents is a credit to law enforcement.

omg what's with these young adults and speed ?? like, do they not know how fast 100mph is ?? i mean, i get it, they were probably trying to impress someone (no idea who), but seriously, that's just asking for a ticket...or worse. glad the cops weren't hurt though, their quick thinking was definitely needed πŸ˜‚πŸ’¨. btw, public intoxication too? shouldn't they have been able to handle their liquor 🀣

Man, what was that dude thinking?! πŸ˜‚ They were going like 100 miles per hour down a residential street? That's just crazy! And then they ditched the car and tried to run away? What if someone had gotten hurt? I'm glad the cops were able to catch them without anyone getting seriously injured. It's always scary when you hear about people doing reckless stuff on the road, it makes you wanna slow down a bit more.

I think it's funny that Rios faces charges for evading, exhibition of speed, and driving under the influence... like, come on! You're 21 years old and still getting behind the wheel? You gotta learn from your mistakes, dude. And yeah, the Infiniti is going to be impounded for 30 days, which is probably a good thing. It's just frustrating that people do this kind of stuff and put themselves and others at risk.

Anyway, glad it all worked out in the end. πŸ™

Man, this is just crazy! I mean, what were they thinkin'? Speeding down a residential street like that? It's insane 🀯. And then abandoning the car and tryin' to run from the cops? Like, you're already in trouble, why make it worse? πŸ˜‚. I gotta give props to the deputies though, they handled the situation well and kept everyone safe.

You know what really gets me is that these guys were under 21 years old. Like, can't you just drive like a normal human being for one night without doin' somethin' stupid? πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ. I feel bad for the community in San Bernardino too, gotta be worried about people drivin' like this all the time.

Anyway, sounds like Rios and his buddies got what was comin' to 'em. Hopefully they learn from their mistakes and move on with their lives 🀞.

OMG you guys, can't believe what these 3 young dudes did! 🚨😱 They're lucky they didn't hurt anyone during that crazy high-speed chase. I mean, who does that? 🀯 The fact that they thought it was a good idea to ditch their car and run from the cops is just wild. #CrazyStunts #NotWorthTheRisk

And can we talk about how reckless those speeds were?! 100 miles per hour on a residential street? That's insane! 😲 I'm so glad the police were able to catch them without anyone getting hurt. It's a miracle they didn't end up in a serious accident.

The laws in Cali are definitely strict, though - 30 days in impound for that Infiniti is no joke. #CaliforiaLaws #RecklessDriving

Anyway, I'm just glad it all ended without anyone getting seriously hurt. Fingers crossed these guys learn from their mistakes and move on the right path! 🀞

omg did u guys see that vid of them doing donuts on the street 🀯 i'm still shook how they managed to escape from the cops tho idk if it was speed or just dumb luck lol rios is gonna be in big trouble now, 30 days on the road with a felony charge? that's some harsh times 😬

πŸ˜” This is just so crazy, three young guys thought they could outrun the cops and get away with it? πŸš—πŸ’¨ I mean, what were they even thinking?! 100 miles per hour on a residential street? That's just reckless! And to think they tried to flee on foot after ditching their car... πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸ˜³ It's just a miracle no one got hurt.

I feel bad for the deputies who had to deal with this situation. I know they're trained to handle high-pressure situations, but it can't be easy dealing with people who are so clearly out of control. πŸ˜“ And those guys are going to have some serious consequences if they get convicted... a 30-day car impound is nothing compared to the rest of their charges. 🚫 Felony evading and reckless driving? That's just not okay, man.

OMG, what a crazy night in San Bernardino! I'm still shaking my head over this wild high-speed chase 🀯. Three young guys, all 21 and from Yucaipa, thought they could outrun the law? Like, what's next? They're lucky nobody got hurt πŸ˜…. The way they executed those sharp turns is just insane - you feel like you'd be flying if you were in that car! πŸš—πŸ’¨ And can we talk about how Rios just abandoned his ride and took off on foot? Who does that? πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ. I'm glad the deputies were able to keep everyone safe, though. It's always a thrill when justice is served πŸ’ͺ. The Infiniti's gonna be retired from the roads for a bit - no wonder! And poor Rios, looks like his night was about to get even darker πŸŒ‘.

I was just reading about this crazy new restaurant that just opened up near my place, and I'm totally thinking of trying it out this weekend πŸ€”. Apparently, they have this insane burger with a million different toppings... I mean, who needs that much? But I guess if you're into that sorta thing, go for it! Anyway, back to the story, I wonder what possessed those guys to think speeding around in a residential area was a good idea πŸ˜‚. Did they not see the kids playing outside or the people walking their dogs? And what's up with the 2:13 am start time? Like, don't they know it's still considered early morning? πŸ•°οΈ

I don't get why they'd go so fast on a residential street 🀯. It's like, you see people out having a cuppa or taking the kids for a walk and suddenly this car is whizzing by, making everyone freak out! 🚨 And what's with all these charges? I mean, yeah, speeding and driving under influence are no-nos, but public intoxication? That seems like a stretch to me πŸ€”. Guess you could say they were just having a bit of an adrenaline rush πŸ’¨... or maybe they needed to get away from their problems πŸ˜…. Either way, glad the cops were able to catch them without anyone getting hurt πŸ’•.

🚨 I mean, can you believe how reckless those three guys were? They basically thought they could outrun the law and get away with it. I'm not surprised they're facing serious charges, but what really gets me is that they put their lives – and potentially others' lives – at risk for a night out gone wrong. πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

The fact that police were able to apprehend them without incident is a testament to the effectiveness of law enforcement in this area. I do hope Rios and his accomplices take some time to reflect on their actions, as they're going to be facing serious consequences for their behavior. The Impoundment of the Infiniti is also a good move, as it sends a clear message that reckless driving won't be tolerated. πŸ˜’

Wow 🀯, this is crazy! A car chase like that can happen only in movies... I mean what was going through these guys' minds? πŸ˜‚ Did they really think they could outrun the law? The speeds they were driving are insane, over 100 miles per hour on a residential street... no wonder they got caught. Interesting how the police were able to stay calm and catch them without anyone getting hurt πŸ™
