Border Patrol Agents Shot Two People in Portland During Immigration Stop

man this is crazy... two people shot by fed agents in Portland... it's like something out of a movie. you'd think they'd have better training or something. i'm not saying all cops are bad, but this just shows how messed up the system can be. what's next? we're gonna start arresting ppl for walking down the street? gotta keep pushing for change and making sure our gov is holding these agents accountable. we need more transparency and less violence... it's just not right

Ugh 😩 this is so frustrating... Like, can't we just have a calm conversation about immigration without people getting shot? 🤯 The fact that federal agents were doing an enforcement stop in the first place is already super suspicious, and now two people are injured 💔. We need to know what was going on beforehand, you feel? 🔍 The lack of info from DHS is giving me major anxiety 😬. And can we talk about how this reminds us of that Minneapolis shooting just yesterday 🤕? It's like, law enforcement needs to get their act together and figure out a way to handle these situations without resorting to violence 💪. We deserve better 💯.

🤔 This incident in Portland is super concerning, you know? I mean, two people getting shot by federal agents during an immigration stop? It's like, what even happened here? The lack of info from the Department of Homeland Security isn't helping either.

I think we need to take a step back and assess why these kinds of incidents keep happening. Is it really necessary for CBP agents to be carrying guns in the first place? And what about the training they receive on de-escalation techniques? Because from what I've seen, these situations often escalate quickly.

It's also worrying that we're seeing a pattern of excessive use of force by federal agents. One shooting in Minneapolis just yesterday and now this in Portland... it feels like we're missing some big picture here. We need to get to the bottom of why these actions are being taken and what kind of accountability we can expect from those in power.

The police chief's message of calmness is understandable, but it's hard not to feel a sense of unease when you hear about incidents like this. I hope that as more info comes out, we'll see some real changes made to prevent something like this from happening again 🚨

omg is this getting more intense ?? i'm literally just finding out about it now lol what's going on with us government tho? seems like they're using force way too much 🤔 two people shot by federal agents who does that?! gotta make sure we hold them accountable for their actions 😩 anyway glad to see independent news orgs like this one still around fighting for truth

🤕 this is so messed up two people shot by feds in portland just because they were doing their job 🚔👮‍♂️ what's the point of having laws if you're just gonna shoot ppl who are trying to follow them? 🤷‍♀️ it's all about control and power, not justice or protection 😩 we need to hold these agencies accountable for their actions and make sure they're not using excessive force 💪 the fact that there's so little info about what happened is just red flag after red flag 🚨
