man this is so sad news 
I'm still in shock Brad Arnold was like my all time fave lead singer and I used to listen to 3 Doors Down on repeat during high school days he wrote 'Kryptonite' at 15 which is insane lol my friends and I would always sing it in the car and now it's just a reminder of him 
he fought so hard against cancer too I remember watching his social media video announcing his diagnosis and being like wow he's so strong and positive it really inspired me 
rest in peace brad you will be deeply missed by all your fans

. can't believe he's gone at 47. cancer sucks, man. it's like, one minute you're on top of your game, making hits with 3 Doors Down, and the next thing you know, you're fighting for your life. and even though his battle was publicized, I'm sure it wasn't easy to see all those fans holding their breath, hoping he'd pull through 
. but what really gets me is how humble he was about it all - always saying thanks and keeping it real, even when faced with the darkest of times. anyway, it's clear his music will live on, and we'll keep playing 'Kryptonite' in our cars, trying to make sense of it all
