Brooklyn woman arrested after her 1-month-old baby is found dead in duffel bag

A Brooklyn mother has been arrested and charged with concealing the corpse of her 1-month-old son, whose lifeless body was found in a duffel bag at their family home.

Gynae Kendall, 25, is facing serious allegations after police discovered the infant's body on Saturday evening. According to authorities, Kendall's grandmother had called 911 and requested a wellness check due to concerns for her grandson's well-being. When officers initially responded, they found no signs of distress, but detectives later returned to the scene to discover the shocking discovery.

The investigation revealed that Adonnys Kendall was found in a closet with no visible trauma or injury on his body. The NYPD is now working to determine the cause and manner of his death, which will be examined by city medical examiners.

Kendall's arrest comes as authorities continue their probe into the young boy's tragic demise. Her attorney's information has not been made available at this time. The 1-month-old boy's mother, Gynae Kendall, is scheduled to appear in court to face charges related to concealing her son's death.

I don’t usually comment but I just can't imagine how hard it must be for new parents to deal with something like this...losing a child of any age is devastating enough but adding the element of hiding their own child's body from the world is just heartbreaking 🀯. You'd think the police would find clues or something before now, but I guess sometimes these things are just really hard to see coming. I hope she gets the help she needs and that justice is served for little Adonnys πŸ‘ΆπŸ’”. This case is definitely gonna be all over the news for a while now πŸ“°πŸ˜¬

πŸ˜©πŸ‘Ά I just can't help but feel like this whole situation is a heartbreaking reminder of how fragile life can be. But let's not jump to conclusions about the mom's intentions... maybe she was going through some super tough stuff and didn't know what to do? πŸ€• You know, we've all been there where things get overwhelming and we just need help? I'm choosing to believe that she wasn't a bad person, just someone who needed support. πŸ’–

It's also crazy to think about how quickly this case is unfolding... like, the grandmother called 911, thinking everything was fine, but then detectives came back with devastating news 🀯 And now we're trying to piece together what happened before that fateful phone call. It's a tough case to crack, for sure.

But here's the thing: even in the midst of tragedy, there's hope πŸ’‘ We can choose to focus on how this incident is bringing awareness to mental health and the importance of community support 🀝 And who knows? Maybe we'll come out of this with some valuable lessons and a renewed sense of compassion for those who need it most ❀️

This case is just heartbreaking πŸ€•. How can someone do something so cruel and horrific? It's like they forgot that life is precious and fragile πŸ’€. I guess you could say that some people don't realize the depth of their own darkness until it's staring them right in the face πŸŒ‘.

Ugh this is so sad πŸ€•, what kind of mom just leaves their baby to die like that? I mean, I know she might have been struggling or something but a duffel bag? That's just horrific... 😱. How does someone even do that to a tiny human being? It's just mind-blowing. And now the police are trying to figure out what happened and it's just going to be so hard for her family and friends who loved him πŸ€•. I'm literally shook by this whole thing, it's just too much to handle 😳.

omg i cant even believe what's going on... this poor baby was just a month old and now his mom is being charged with hiding him 🀯 like how do you even hide a dead body? especially from your own family? my heart is literally breaking for that little guy and his grandma who called 911. i feel so bad for them, they must be going through the worst 😭. i'm not sure what to think about the mom's side of things though... was she depressed or something? did she have any help at home? so many questions πŸ€”. anyway, i just hope justice is served and the baby gets the rest he deserves πŸ’”

OMG 🀯 what is goin on here?! A 25-yr-old mom just found out dead in a duffel bag πŸ›οΈ?! That poor baby's lifeless body in a closet, no signs of trauma or nothin πŸ€•... this is like somethin outta a horror movie! πŸ’€ I feel so bad for the lil guy, what was goin on in that family? Did she leave him alone for too long? The mom's face says it all, shocked 😱... her life's about to change 4eva.

omg what a crazy story 🀯 i was just making pancakes for breakfast and i stumbled upon this news lol anyway it sounds so sad the poor little baby... 1 month old is like what even? how does that happen? my niece has a friend who's a nurse and she says it's super rare but still it's heartbreaking did they find out what happened to him though? was it something he was born with or... my mind is all over the place 🀯

Can't even imagine what that poor baby went through πŸ€•πŸ’” And the fact that his mom just left him in a duffel bag at home... it's like she couldn't even care enough to give him proper burial or something πŸ™…β€β™€οΈ I feel so bad for this little family. Did they have any support system in place? Were there other kids around? I hope the authorities can figure out what happened and get justice for that sweet baby πŸ˜”

OMG, this is like something straight out of a horror movie 🚨😱! I'm so shocked and sad for the little baby who didn't get to experience his first year of life πŸ’”. Concealing a dead body is just crazy talk πŸ˜‚πŸ‘Ž. I can only imagine how traumatic this must be for the family, especially the grandma who was worried sick about her grandson πŸ€—πŸ’•. The authorities are doing their best to figure out what happened and bring some justice to Adonnys' memory πŸš”πŸ’Ό. This is a harsh reminder that we need to be there for each other, especially when it comes to parenting 🀝πŸ‘ͺ. My thoughts are with the family and I hope they get the support they need during this tough time πŸ™πŸ’– #JusticeForAdonnys #SupportTheFamily #ParentingMatters
