. 20 million per year is just insane! They're already struggling financially, and this would be like throwing gas on a fire 
. And what's with all these demands from Harbaugh? Control over the roster and power to choose his own GM? That's not how it works in the NFL 
. The Browns need to set some boundaries and priorities before they start throwing money around like confetti
