... I mean, they might be a good idea, but are they effective? The article says there's no real evidence to support them being an actual solution, which kinda makes me think they're just a cop-out 
. And on the other hand, it seems pretty clear that Uefa hasn't done enough to address fan safety since that report came out 
... I mean, strengthening partnerships with stakeholders sounds good and all, but what about actual concrete changes? And those British clubs have some serious advantages when it comes to resources and stuff... maybe we should just let them handle everything from now on 
. But at the same time, I do think there needs to be more accountability in policing - it's not like the police are completely incompetent or anything
