I'm not sure about all the changes Charles Beach is gonna bring to that court system. 24 years of experience is a lot, so hopefully he'll learn from past mistakes and make things better. The electronic monitoring program has been a concern for a while now... how much of that stuff are we willing to accept? Safety record's not good enough, you know? I'm all for efficiency & effectiveness, but humanity shouldn't be last on the list.
