I'm literally so confused by Chelsea's whole situation 
right now! I mean, Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali are like super rich owners who want success ASAP, but they're treating their manager situation all wrong 
. It's like, if you wanna change managers, just do it and be done with it, you don't gotta go through a whole process of sacking people and trying out different ones

And honestly, I think Graham Potter was given too much time to prove himself at Brighton before they brought him in
. Now that he's at Chelsea, it's like, super pressure all the time - you gotta perform now or get sacked 
. And don't even get me started on how expensive everything is - $600 million? That's insane! 
. I'm not surprised they're struggling to find consistency

I think what everyone needs right now is for Chelsea's new manager to have a good run of games, you know, like 10 wins in a row

I mean, who would've thought that spending a gazillion dollars on players wouldn't guarantee success? 
The problem is, it looks like they're trying to recreate the magic without putting in the work. Thomas Tuchel might not have won everyone over, but at least he's got some experience under his belt... or should I say, after his belt?

I think Boehly and Eghbali need to take a step back and re-evaluate their approach to transfers, maybe focus more on developing young players instead of throwing cash at superstars who might not even gel with the team... and yeah, tuchel is still the gold standard when it comes to coaches, can't believe they'd go from him to potter so fast

But it's clear that Chelsea needs someone who can bring stability and consistency 
Jamie Carragher is right, it's ridiculous to swap out Tuchel for someone with no top-level experience 
Bruno Saltor's interim job is a good start tho 
Maybe now they can find someone who really gets the club 
omg i feel so bad for chelsea fans! they deserve a top manager who can get the best outta that talented squad 
what went wrong? did they not listen to the experts like tuchel? anyway, i'm rooting for Bruno Saltor to do a great job on an interim basis
