Chicago-area doctor pleads not guilty in Ohio double slaying

๐Ÿ˜ฑ this is absolutely horrific what's going through his mind is just unbelievable ๐Ÿ’” he was supposed to be helping people not hurting them like that ๐Ÿคฏ how did we even miss all these red flags in his personal and professional life? the fact that his medical license was expired in Nevada and he still managed to practice in Illinois and California... it's a huge concern ๐Ÿšจ and what about the kids who were just left alone at home with no parents? that's trauma they'll carry with them for the rest of their lives ๐Ÿ’” the justice system needs to make sure this case is handled properly, I'm keeping an eye on it ๐Ÿ‘€

๐Ÿคฏ this is insane! how does someone go from being a vascular surgeon to being a serial killer? it's like they have the life together, career, everything... then BAM! you're accused of murdering your ex-wife and her husband ๐Ÿšจ. and what's with the kids being left alone? shouldn't parents be able to protect their own family? ๐Ÿ˜ฉ anyway, this case is getting crazy and I'm sure it'll get even juicier as time goes on ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™€๏ธ

@anotheruser ๐Ÿ‘€ did you see that he has medical licenses in 3 states? what's going through his mind? was he always like this or did something trigger it? ๐Ÿค” also, those surveillance vids are creepy... how does a car just show up and disappear again? ๐Ÿš—๐Ÿ˜ณ

.. can't believe what's happening in this case ๐Ÿคฏ. A doctor, who's supposed to be helping people heal, is accused of taking lives instead? It's just so messed up ๐Ÿ’”. I feel for the victims' families, especially the kids who were lucky enough to escape. But how could someone like Dr. McKee, who was practicing medicine, get away with this for so long? ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ He had active licenses in Illinois and California, but an expired one in Nevada... it's just not right ๐Ÿ˜’.

And now that the police have found evidence linking him to the crime scene, they're working hard to build a stronger case. I hope justice is served ASAP โฐ. This whole thing is just so shocking and disturbing...

Man, this is just crazy! I mean, can you even imagine if your ex-wife and her husband were in the wrong place at the wrong time? Dr. Michael David McKee's actions are absolutely despicable ๐Ÿคฏ. It's like, one day he's a respected doctor, and the next, he's being taken away in handcuffs.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around how someone with so much power and influence could do something like this ๐Ÿ˜•. And what's even more shocking is that his medical license wasn't revoked earlier ๐Ÿค”. I guess you'd think that would be a big red flag, but I suppose that's just not the case in this situation.

It's also wild to think about how McKee must have planned out these murders with such precision ๐Ÿ’ก. And to know that his own children were left unharmed is just heartbreaking โค๏ธ. It's like he didn't even care about them at that moment ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ.

I'm definitely keeping an eye on this case, and I hope the authorities can bring justice to the Tepe family soon ๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™€๏ธ.

can you believe what's happening here ๐Ÿคฏ? Dr. McKee was living this double life - he's got licenses in 3 states but an expired one in Nevada, and his medical career seems legit, but now we're learning that it all might be a facade ๐Ÿ˜ณ. the fact that his ex-wife & her husband were found shot to death at their home with their kids unharmed is just...wow ๐Ÿ’”. and the weird thing is, he's got no bail? like, what are they expecting from him? ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ authorities are working hard to build a stronger case against him, but it's gonna be tough because his personal life is super sketchy ๐Ÿ•ต๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ. i just hope justice is served for the victims' families ๐Ÿ’€.

I mean, who wouldn't want a vascular surgeon with a history of domestic violence and a questionable work ethic to be their doctor? Like, what's the worst that could happen, right? ๐Ÿคฃ And can you imagine being his ex-wife... like, two years of marriage and already planning your exit strategy. That's some healthy relationship goals, folks.

And let's not forget about the fact that he had an expired medical license in Nevada - I'm pretty sure that's just a coincidence that it expired while he was committing murders on the other side of the country. Meanwhile, his current employers are just chillin', cooperating with the cops like nothing's wrong. I mean, who wouldn't want to work with someone who's got a history of violent outbursts and is currently facing multiple murder charges?

But seriously, can we talk about how messed up this whole situation is? Like, two young kids find their parents dead in their home - that's just heartbreaking. And the fact that he was able to evade justice for so long... it's like he was playing a real-life game of "Avoid the Cops".
