It's so messed up that in Iran, the law says you can get away with murder by paying off your victim's family, it's like a sick twisted game of payola . And the fact that Goli was only 18 when she killed her husband and was sentenced to death is just insane, I mean, what kind of system allows this? The UN should be all over this, it's a clear human rights violation . I'm so glad that international pressure helped save her life, but it's still heartbreaking that she had to go through this in the first place .
