I'm kinda worried about this homeless funding thingy... I mean, $2 billion is a lot of cash, but what's the point if we're just gonna prioritize people who can afford to pay a bit more? 
Like, Jamie Gauthier said it all - shouldn't we be prioritizing those who are really struggling? 
Anyway, I'm not sure what to think about this area median income thing... sounds like a lot of people might get left out if they're just above the threshold.
