This is so sad... like literally what kind of pay do they even offer for these roles? I mean I get it, single mom in LA, gotta support fam but come on . Can't Disney find a way to make it work? Or is it just the cost of doing business? And poor Claudia Black, she seems like such a lovely person too . Fingers crossed they recast Klothow and make it work for her. This just goes to show how crazy the industry can be when it comes to casting
I feel so bad for Claudia Black, she sounds like a really talented actress who got taken advantage of by Disney's low pay policy . I mean, I get it, the franchise is huge and they want to make it profitable, but come on! She's gotta support her family too, and living in LA while filming in London isn't cheap . It's not fair to ask someone to choose between their job and being a single mom, that's just not cool . I hope Disney gets its act together and pays the cast members fairly, or it'll be hard for them to keep on attracting talented people like Claudia Black .
