this code thingy looks super weird just sitting there on the internet no idea what it's supposed to do like is it some kinda puzzle for people to solve or something 
interesting how ppl even write this stuff they must have a specific use case in mind but we dont know wut that is 
so i was just browsing through some open source websites and came across this weird code that's got me stumped it looks like someone tried to make a web page but it's not even making an effort 
anyway, if u r asking wot this is 4 all good, it seems 2 b just a bunch of html css & js mixed together like a recipe 4 disaster 
or maybe it's just some experimentation 4 a new tech startup? 
either way, i think its cool that devs r still tryin out new things & pushin the boundaries 
it looks like someone tried to create a website or somethin but its all just jumbled up html css js stuff no actual executable code just a bunch of markup and layout nonsense
