Contra Costa Health issues alert after Martinez Refining Company flaring

I don't think the health officials should be so quick to dismiss this whole thing. I mean, even if no pollutants were found in the air, how can we trust that they didn't miss something? And what about all those past incidents where the company's been fined for environmental infractions? It's like they're trying to cover their tracks 🙅‍♂️.

I think it's a good thing that MRC is taking steps to investigate and implement changes, but we should be expecting more from them. I mean, if there was a risk to public health, wouldn't the company want to know about it? It seems like they're only looking out for themselves 💸.

We need to hold these companies accountable for their actions and make sure they prioritize safety and responsibility over profits 🤔. Just because something doesn't show up in the air quality tests doesn't mean it's safe. We should be vigilant and demand more from our environmental regulators 🔍.

ugh this is getting out of hand. they can't even keep their own refinery under control 🤯 flares just waiting to go off is crazy. and another thing, what's with all these environmental disasters? toxic waste everywhere... it's like they don't care about anyone but the bottom line 💸. we need to hold them accountable for this stuff. I'd rather not live near a refinery anyway, it's just too much risk 🚫.
