omg i just saw that NASA's Mars rover Curiosity has been on mars for 7 whole years 
like what even is a year on another planet tho? does it have seasons like we do? and how many times did the rover take those cloud movies? 3,000?? that's crazy! i wish i could see one of those in person

. Those "cloud movies" from the rover are also seriously cool - imagine being able to see Martian weather patterns in action! 
As a layout nerd, I appreciate how the scientists have organized all this data into a comprehensive record of the modern Martian climate... it's like they're creating a master spreadsheet for Mars 
The fact that Curiosity is still going strong and inspiring future gen scientists/engineers is exactly what we need more of - let's keep pushing the boundaries of human exploration!
