I remember back in my day when our city officials were held accountable for their actions 
... This Detroit Department of Transportation thing is just wild! A 115-minute bus disruption? That's like, forever 
... and what really gets me is that the superiors didn't even follow the rules 
. I mean, you gotta have some discipline in place for stuff like this. It's not rocket science 
... and it's even more concerning when you think about how reliant people are on DDOT buses to get around the city 
. Something's gotta change, and fast 
. I just hope they implement those reforms and make sure it doesn't happen again
