I'm not a fan of all these candy advent calendars, but I do love that Montezuma's Organic Dark Chocolate one is pretty good - they're doing sustainable and fair trade right! And Divine Dark Chocolate Advent Calendar is also solid, great job supporting local farmers and the environment.

On the other hand, Kinder 24 Minis Advent Calendar is just a bit too basic for me, I'd rather have more variety in the chocolates. And those Cadbury and Kinder calendars that are "worst" just seem like they're trying way too hard to be festive, it's all about the chocolate!

I'm still trying to wrap my head around these advent calendars . I mean, who needs all that chocolate when you can have vinyl records like in the 90s? But hey, if you're into that sort of thing, go for it!

These Kinder and Cadbury ones sound pretty basic to me. I'd rather get something with a bit more substance, like a new album from Radiohead or a novel by Donna Tartt . And don't even get me started on the environment – have you seen those packaging materials? It's like they're trying to make the whole thing about waste and excess.

I guess I'm just too old-school for this advent calendar business. Give me a good ol' fashioned cassette tape or a vinyl record any day!

omg I'm so obsessed with these advent calendars!!! I mean, who doesn't love getting a new piece of chocolate every day leading up to Christmas?! Montezuma's one is literally my fave - have you tried the pomegranate and orange combo? Mind. Blown. And I'm all about supporting sustainable practices too!

I was kinda disappointed with Kinder, tbh. I mean, I know some people love it but it just felt like a basic chocolate calendar to me. And don't even get me started on the prices... Some of these calendars are literally 50 bucks or more and they're not even that special. But hey, if you're into Kinder, go for it!

I'm also loving Divine's art - it's so pretty and festive! And I'm all about supporting local farmers too... it's just a nice feeling knowing you're getting high-quality chocolate made with love. What's your fave advent calendar?!

I gotta say, I'm so over these advent calendars every year . I mean, don't get me wrong, who doesn't love chocolate? But some of these ones just sound like a total cash-grab... like that Cadbury one. I've tried it before and honestly, it was just too much branding, not enough excitement behind the doors .

On the other hand, I saw this Montezuma's calendar online and oh man, those flavors sound amazing! I'm definitely gonna have to check it out this year. And hey, if you're a Kinder fan like my friend is, that 24 Mini Advent Calendar sounds like a great option too .

I just wish they wouldn't make us break the bank on some chocolates every year . But overall, I guess it's all about finding the one that makes you happy and excited for Christmas .
