Detroit council aide fired after posing with Charles Pugh as Ombudsman staff - Detroit Metro Times

😱 this is super shady what was going through that community liaison's mind? posing as a new employee just to get info for a potential job 🤦‍♂️ like, how do you even mess up that bad? and now the whole council is getting scrutinized because of one dude's mistakes... 🤔 what's gonna happen to Reggie Davis next? will he be facing any charges? this kind of behavior just erodes trust in our institutions 🙅‍♂️

🚨💔 This whole thing is super sketchy 🤔. I mean, think about it - a community liaison gets fired because he was trying to get ahead by posing as part of a new team in the Ombudsman office? And for what? So he could have an advantage when applying for jobs? It's like, come on, Reggie Davis, you're not even that sneaky 😒.

And to make matters worse, this guy was involved with Charles Pugh, who's a convicted sex offender 🚫. What kind of vetting process let this happen?! Waters is right to fire him and set an example for the rest of us public servants 💪. I'm all about accountability and transparency in government, and it looks like Detroit City Council needs to step up their game ⚙️.

It's also super concerning that Davis was able to get away with this for so long 🕰️. What else is he hiding? And what about the two women who got harassed by him - are they getting the justice they deserve? I hope Waters's decision will lead to some real change 💼.

omg this is so messed up 🤯 i dont get why someone would do that, like what was he thinking?? 😂 and what's with these politicians always getting in trouble, like, cant they just be honest for once? 🙄 anyway, i'm not even sure how it works with all those jobs and positions, like who gets to decide if someone is trustworthy or not? 🤔 i swear, sometimes i feel like the whole system is rigged against us... 😒
