Dilworth Park’s ice rink and Wintergarden return for the 2025–26 winter season

Winter Wonderland Returns to Dilworth Park This Season.

Center City is gearing up for another chilly winter season as Dilworth Park transforms into a bustling winter destination starting November 14. The iconic plaza at the base of City Hall will welcome over 3.7 million visitors, who can enjoy ice skating, holiday shopping, and various cold-weather activities.

Ice skating enthusiasts are in luck, as the Rothman Orthopaedics Ice Rink is back for another season with daily sessions through February 22. Admission prices start at $10 for adults and $7 for children under 11, while skate rentals can be secured for an additional $10. Visitors can reserve a spot online and take advantage of discounted group rates.

The revamped Rothman Orthopaedics Cabin offers an enhanced dining experience with expanded food options, bar service, and TVs for sports fans looking to warm up during the games. The outdoor space also features fire pits perfect for visitors of all ages, as well as private rentals available for groups.

Families can get into the holiday spirit by attending two special Breakfast with Santa events on December 13 and 20. These festive mornings include a buffet meal, photos with Santa, and time on the ice – but be sure to reserve a spot in advance.

The Wintergarden will remain open through March 15, featuring illuminated sculptures, seasonal plants, and a kiosk serving mulled wine for those 21 and older. Meanwhile, the Made in Philadelphia Holiday Market returns with local vendors offering handmade goods, artwork, jewelry, skincare products, and more.

omg i cant wait for winter wonderland to start i'm planning to take my little ones (i have 2 tiny humans 🤰) ice skating every day!! we'll also hit up those breakfast with santa events - the kids will love it!! and omg the mulled wine at the Wintergarden sounds sooo good 🍷😋 i'm def going to check out that Made in Philadelphia Holiday Market too, my sister is super crafty and loves handmade goods 💎

Ugh, great, another crowded and overpriced winter wonderland 🤯🛍️. 3.7 million visitors? That's just going to mean long lines, noise pollution, and a bunch of tourists trampling the ice rink like they're trying to get in some laps at the Olympics 😩. And don't even get me started on the made-in-Philadelphia holiday market – it's just another opportunity for overpriced local vendors to sell us their "handmade" goods 🤑. Plus, who thought it was a good idea to charge $10 for ice skate rentals? That's just basic math 🤦‍♂️. And have you seen the prices on the mulled wine at the Wintergarden? More like "mulled-up" wine if you ask me 🍷😒

OMG u guys 🤩 Dilworth Park is literally becoming a winter wonderland again!! I'm so stoked for this year's festivities, ice skating is def my fave thing to do in the snow ❄️. They're offering discounts online which is awesome because my family loves ice skating and we always forget to book ahead. The new cabin with expanded food options sounds like a game changer too 🤤 can't wait to cozy up by the fire pits with some hot chocolate ☕️. And omg, made in Philly holiday market? count me in 🎁 gonna make sure to check out those local vendors for some unique gifts this year 💼

Meh, I'm not gonna lie, I'm stoked that Winter Wonderland is back in Dilworth Park this year 🤔. Who doesn't love ice skating under the City Hall lights? It's like a holiday tradition or something 😊. But, $10 for adults to skate? That's a bit steep if you ask me 💸. And what's with the private rentals for groups? Can't we just have a chill hangout spot without having to book it in advance? 🤷‍♀️

The food options at Rothman Orthopaedics Cabin seem pretty solid, though 🍴. I mean, fire pits and mulled wine are always a win in my book ☕️. And those Breakfast with Santa events sound like so much fun for the kiddos 👧🏼. But, can we please get some more info on the Wintergarden's hours? I don't want to show up and find out it closes at 5 pm 🤦‍♀️.

All in all, Dilworth Park always knows how to bring the holiday cheer 🎄. I'll def be checking it out this year 👍.

Wow 😎 Winter Wonderland is back and it's gonna be lit! Ice skating, holiday shopping, fire pits... what's not to love? The city is doing a great job with these winter festivities 🎄. I'm hyped for the Breakfast with Santa events on Dec 13 & 20, can't wait to see the little ones' faces light up when they meet Santa 🤣. And omg, the Wintergarden sounds amazing with all those illuminated sculptures and mulled wine ☕🍷.

Winter is back, and it's gonna be a real treat! I love how they're turning Dilworth Park into this magical winter wonderland again. Ice skating, holiday shopping, and hot chocolate by the fire pits... what's not to love? The fact that they're making it so accessible for families with those Breakfast with Santa events is just genius. And can we talk about the food options at the revamped cabin? I'm all about trying some mulled wine and snacks while I take in the festive vibes!
